The hotel is very centrally located and yet very quiet. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, a shower would have been better than a bathtub. The breakfast is sufficient but there is not much variety. The pool is very clean but there are not enough loungers. Instead of putting out additional chairs and tables, it would be better to put out more loungers. There is a problem with the hotel manager, the staff themselves were very friendly. We had problems with the TV from day one, we had pointed this out on the first evening. Instead of simply replacing the TV, they kept putting us off. After we pressed a bit, the manager finally decided to replace the TV. That took until the second evening. Otherwise we had a nice stay there to see Angkor.

The hotel itself was great, very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also super nice, and staff were very helpful.
The hotel had wifi issues the entire time we were there, and our TV was broken(staff attempted to fix but had to wait until next day), and they had "just run out" of the promised free sim cards.

The location is good, and it's only 1-2 minutes from the Old Market and Pub Street. We stayed here as a group of 3 couples, and the husbands stayed at the hotel while the wives went shopping and for massages!
I was surprised to see a small brown cockroach-like thing in the room, but other than that the room was clean and spacious enough, so it was nice.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
