Location/Cleanliness/Service are good.
However, the facilities are old (indoor/bathroom/gym are almost destroyed), and it's the first time I've seen a pillow with holes in it in a foreign hotel. The breakfast menu is limited and the taste is not that good.
Honestly, it doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel worth 70,000 won.
The reasonable price is 50,000 won..

It's close to downtown, quiet, and clean. The bed is comfortable. The only thing is that the breakfast is monotonous and there isn't much of a menu, but the fried eggs are delicious.

**The same hotel, dimly lit and gloomy, with a large courtyard. There wasn't a single person or car in sight. I was surprised why no one was staying in such a big hotel.
There are only two people in the whole building: a paid front desk and a waiter who doesn't know how to use a card to unlock the door. Isn't this saving too much labor cost?
