(+) The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and I was impressed by them. The room and facilities are nice and beautiful! The breakfast menu was also nice.
(-) I took a tuk-tuk that the hotel provided and the driver dropped me and my friend off at a wrong place so we had to walk 10 minutes to get to the restaurant.. :/ We showed the exact place on the map of course, but we still paid 2-3dollars. Also, the bedsheets a bit smelled musty.. I didn't like that. There are some mosquitoes in the room as well.

Just loved this hotel. Stunning setting, amazing staff including Vichet, Lucky, Jenny, Berry and the hotel manager. They made our stay very special. Great massages and the food in the restaurant was brilliant so much so that we ate there all the time. They organised taxis, tuk tuks for the temple tour and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay, cannot ask for anything more! The hotel and the rooms have a lot of style, swimming pool area is fantastic, breakfast is delicious…and massage is the cherry on top! Staff is always available for anything you ask and super kind. Even if we did check out, they let us use all the facilities till very late…thank you!!!

We had a great stay at the villa by Metta. We stayed in the Suite Villa with pool view. The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool is an oasis of calm. Breakfast and dinner are very well taken care of and of excellent quality. mr. Chum and his staff do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is about 10 tuktuk minutes from pub street and about 15 minutes from the main entrance of Angkor Wat. We recommend this hotel without a doubt and will stay again if we come back to Siem Reap.

We recently stayed at Villa by Meta and had the best hotel experience. You truly get the Cambodian experience and hospitality. We went down from the US and our friends from India joined us there. The decor was lovely, very tropical, the property was beautiful and staff and people of Cambodia are so warm and welcoming. They had an happy hour every evening with unlimited free drinks. We recommend that you get this experience with them when you visit Siem Reap. We had rented the taxi through the hotel and our driver Sam was the kindest and excellent guide to take us around town and to the temple. Our tour guide for the Angkor Wat temples was Kim and he was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the history and culture of Cambodia. Overall excellent excellent experience. We stayed four nights in january. It was a really comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Before arriving, every e-Mail was answered immediately. The room was spacious, clean and bright. We enjoyed the happy hour every evening. The hotel is quite and you can reach the city center within a few minutes with the tuktuk of the hotel. It's easy to organise a tour with the help of the hotel even with guides in your preferred language. Especially we can recommand one of the hotels tuktuk drivers Mr. Heang. He is one of the drivers for the tours in Angkor the hotel offers. He gave us many information about Angkor and Tonle Sap like a guide. He always took care of us and considered our wishes when planning the tours.

Lange and well appointed rooms, excellent service, very friendly and excellent and supportive front desk staff! Communication by email could not have been more welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Very highly recommended.

This is the accommodation I stayed at when I traveled with friends during the Chuseok holiday. I was worried because it was rainy season, but as expected, they took care of many unexpected situations and all the staff were kind, so it was a comfortable accommodation even in a short period of time. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the pool was in good condition, so I used it to the fullest. The breakfast was in great condition and the restaurant food was delicious! By the way, the iced Americano and red curry here are delicious. You should definitely try them :) Thanks to them, my travel memories in Siem Reap were even better! This accommodation is recommended to everyone who comes to Siem Reap, Cambodia!
