Since it was my first time in Cambodia and my main purpose was to see Angkor Wat, I chose this hotel because it seemed to have good transportation access.
It wasn't too far from the airport, so I took a limousine bus and grab taxi.
My flight was delayed so I couldn't check in until just before midnight, but there was a staff member at the front desk so I was able to get into my room right away.
The room was spacious and had a small refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, and amenities, which was helpful.
However, as other people have said in their reviews, there were mosquitoes in the room so I thought it would be better to have an insect repellent spray for the air (to get rid of mosquitoes).
I brought a type that you can spray on your body, but it ran out quickly.
(The hotel also burned mosquito coils inside the building.)
Two sets of towels, large and small, were provided, and the ones used were replaced every day.
I was able to rent a bicycle (mamachari) at the hotel and went to Angkor Wat, but I don't recommend it. I recommend taking a tuk-tuk or taxi. I regretted it halfway through.
It was quite difficult to cycle on uneven roads.
However, it is maneuverable, so I think it is very good to use it to go to the nearby supermarket or market ◎
Pub Street is also within walking distance, and the restaurants nearby are tasty and cheap, which was great.
There is a laundry that seems to be family-run very close to the hotel, and I used it several times because I could pick it up the next morning.
The hotel was able to arrange a tuk-tuk, the front desk staff were friendly, and the area around it was convenient, so I was very satisfied with my stay.
As I have said many times before, mosquito repellent spray is a must.
