The hotel must have been good at one time. Today it has an abandoned side frequented by groups. The air conditioning no longer works in a number of common areas such as the corridors. The hot water is cut off for a number of hours during the day. I did not eat any meals.

The building is old, but the interior is tasteful and made with a generous amount of wood. The location is great, close to the Old Market and Pub Street.
They were very accommodating and helpful when we changed our reservation date.
The only drawback is that the rooms are dark.
I would definitely use them again.

The hotel is extremely well located with easy access to the local markets and pub street. Lots of tuktuks are available directly outside to go anywhere that you don't want to walk to. Hotel staff is very nice and speak good enough English to communicate. Only issue is that although some rooms have "windows" they face the inside of the building and don't get any natural light. I would definitely recommend staying there, but next time I would make sure my room faces the outside.

The location is good however it gets really noisy in evening. So if you like a peaceful sleep, I suggest maybe rooms inside further away from balcony.
Staff is good and attentive. The elevator is dark and really needs to brighten. Needs Abit of soft music or some sort. It feels like the charm is missing.

The hotel has an interesting design. It is located on the river bank, next to the night market and the Pubstreet center. This location has certain advantages, but also disadvantages in the form of noise.
I had booked and paid for a room with a river view long before my arrival. And as it turned out, such room 105 was initially provided... But when we returned in the evening after the excursion, room 105 was crossed out on my guest card, and room 114 appeared with a view not of the river, but of the neighboring building, actually of the wall. I could not agree to such a replacement and was forced to clarify the discrepancy with the administrator for a long time, which left an extremely unpleasant aftertaste. I was eventually given a suite, but I would have preferred a full view of the river, and not a huge suite.
The breakfast was very good.
Everything in the room worked
The cleaning leaves much to be desired.
I liked that after checking out of the room you can leave your things at the reception, you can take a shower in the pool after excursions on the day of departure. Very nice young hotel staff always greet you when entering and leaving the hotel.

The location is very convenient and there is no shortage of places to go for dinner.
As mentioned in other reviews, cockroaches are often seen lol.
The toilet is broken and sometimes doesn't flush.
They fixed it, but the bathroom floor was still flooded, and they used a bath mat and one towel without refilling it.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the temperature was low, so I almost caught a cold...
The refrigerator smelled a bit, but it did have a cooling function.
There was a welcome drink (apple juice), doorman, and porter, but...
I couldn't get the Trip.com upgrade service.
