I liked everything, from the meeting at the airport to the return transfer back!
Everything is top notch!
The breakfasts were very impressive, you can even order A la carte dishes for breakfast the next day.
When ordering two cocktails at the pool, the second one is free.
In the evening they bring beautifully decorated: weather forecast for tomorrow, a bedtime story and banana chips.
Not a bad massage in the SPA.
The ordered individual three-day excursion with a guide at the hotel turned out to be much cheaper than the Russian sellers offered. For transfers and excursions, they provide a minivan, and it doesn't matter that there are only two of you!
The staff tries to fulfill all requests and wishes almost instantly!
The unpleasant thing is the smell of burning garbage somewhere outside the hotel, which was briefly felt in the evenings.

The staff is very polite, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is large. The room service is delicious and not expensive, especially the curry chicken. The shower and bath are very comfortable, and you can also order a dinner with local dance performances in the evening, which is worth experiencing. Overall very satisfied.

Service was above and beyond any hotel i've ever been too. The friendliness was even better than Thailand and people geniuenly wanted to help. We were offered clean cold towels by reception everytime we came back to the hotel. Reception also helped with booking tuk tuks and tours. Could not asked for more.
Amazing spacious and clean rooms. Big bathrooms with huge stone bath. Great water pressure. Aircon was cold.
Bedding was nice and mattress was supportive even for back pain sufferers.
The pool side rooms have awesome outdoor seating with a swin. Overall design and layout of the hotel was excellent and very relaxing. So quiet and private
Amenities were abundent and we got extra free snacks every night.
Pool was nice, on the colder side but decent sized. Loved the pool side seating. Very decent priced alcohol.
Great location and easy to get grabs/tuk tuks. Close to the center of town but still far away enough to be quiet.
Highly recommend and would 10000% go back. Amazing value for the price.

Beautiful hotel with great communication and help if you add their WhatsApp. Gorgeous swimming pool but not so deep, still perfect to chill in after a long, intense day exploring the Angkor Wat Temples. About 20 minutes tuktuk away from the main ticket entrance. And also super convenient to get to the old market and lively pub street.
