I booked 4 rooms and booked one more on the website. The hotel promised me a refund yesterday, but pushed it to the website today. Then my early check-in and late check-out were not available. The hotel was very peaceful and lovely ambience. A bit out of town, but that is what we wanted. The restaurant was adequate, the cocktails also ok. The free daily trip to town by tuktuk was helpful. Be aware that they only take you to a central location. Anything more than that you need to pay.
Not the hotel’s fault but Jan/Feb the air quality is not great due to the rice fields being burned. There is no air filtration in the rooms.

Toilet bowl was choked. Swimming pool deck was choked too. Shower wasn’t warm at all and it ate up into my departure time. In the end the laundry bag was also chargeable though it wasn’t mentioned when I asked about it. The five stars are questionable. Many mosquitoes. Lizard was so loud.

Arrived at the hotel to find out after a long day of travel that the hotel was permanently closed. Hotel said they tried to notify us but we did not receive anything. They quickly tried to move us to the sister hotel in a different location and a different room. We booked this hotel for the private pool and the hotel they tried to put us in didn’t even offer that. I had fully paid for the hotel in advance and I am now stuck trying to get a refund. Do not book this hotel. The sister hotel was also Nita by Vo but different location in siem reap.
