I don't recommend staying in this hotel. The service is extremely poor. The location is remote, but the service attitude is annoying. They don't care about the guests' ideas at all. It feels like a waste...

This is a nice resort hotel with an amazing large pool. The hotel rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was good.
The staff was very helpful in all situations even an early check in was possible.
The gym however is very small and basic, if the AC is turned in with locked windows and doors and 10 minutes waiting it was okay otherwise it will be very hot. The pool water is very warm which is a little sad as the pool is so large and nice for a swim exercise.
The only issue I have is with the bar. Why would you price it 3-4x higher than any other place around? That makes zero sense and the result was that there were litterally not a single guest ever while we stayed there. There are multiple place for drinks and food in around five minutes walking which are great, so not really a problem.
On the bright side the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the city centre.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes' walk from the city center and 3-5 minutes by tuk-tuk. It is suitable for travelers who want to stay a short distance from the city center but still have convenience.

Hillock Hotel & Spa was a delightful stay. The hotel itself was lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring Siem Reap. Highly recommended!
