리뷰보고 예약했는데, 막상 가보니 위치는 관광지 밀집지역에서 꽤 떨어져있었음. 시설도 그냥저냥 -
화장실 배수가 잘 안되는게 너무 답답했고, 샤워 호스가 아닌 위에 매달려있는 해바라기형? 인것도 넘나 답답...
직원들 서비스는 최고임.
어쨌든 뭘 요구하면 최대한 들어주려고 노력해주시는 모습에 감동받음.
조식은 아시안 / 웨스턴으로 나뉘어 메인 1 / 디저트 1 / 음료 1 선택하는 시스템. 암튼 ㅈ ㅐㅂ ㅏㅇ문 의 ㅅ r는 엄써용.

位置比較偏僻，周邊沒有吃的，不過好在暹粒打車方便，影響不大。
房間面積很大，入住起來很舒服，但是房間設施不行，很簡陋。
早餐是單點需要等待，這是最讓人煩躁的，有一天等早餐等了40分鐘才吃上，而且早餐分量很少，基本吃不飽。
這個價格可以住到更好的酒店。

優點：酒店不是很大，所以很安靜；酒店的工作人員很熱情，會努力的去解決客人提出的問題；英文溝通沒有問題；還會為早出門的客户準備早餐盒；房間很大；酒店正中央是個泳池，晚上開燈非常靜謐；
缺點：酒店位置比較偏，離中央夜市有8、9分鐘車程，且酒店沒有提供免費的tutu車服務；酒店在一個小巷子裏，周圍沒有什麼餐廳便利店；由於酒店比較小，自己的餐廳不保證每晚都會開；Wi-Fi很不穩定；早上洗澡開熱水要等1分鐘以上；早餐不是自助，而是按餐單點套餐（分柬式和西式兩大類，一個有5、6種）；包早的情況下一人衹能點一份套餐，超過要單獨額外收費；個人感覺西式比柬式好吃。

Very charming boutique style hotel. Very quiet location. Easy Tuk Tuk ride to the centre and Pub Street but not walkable. The staff were just delightful. Everything was clean but looking a little tired, this did not bother us in the slightest. The food in the little restaurant was very nice and well priced. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great value!

It is a beautiful and tranquil hotel, I love to stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful to the guests. The rooms are big and spotless, modern, and stylish. The pool is really cool. But the only thing I don't like about it is that the wifi signal is so weak and slow. They have breakfast for us but it is not a buffet. Price is acceptable with good local.

The staff were super friendly and efficient. Helping us with various bookings, making sure we had transport with taxi and remork whenever we needed it. Taxi provided to and from the airport made our journey so much smoother. And our remork driver 'Mom' was exceptional. He even became a bit of a tour guide for us when we visited the temples at Angkor Wat. We loved the style of the hotel, it seemed very fitting for the area, the shower/ bath was great, but they need to add some hooks on the walls for hanging towels. The cost of the rooms was very reasonable. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting.

I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport and all my valuables such as thousands of US dollars and my credit card and the team returned everything back to me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They are trustworthy and that makes any other complaints by other people so small. It even tells a lot about Cambodian people. I would have given this hotel 5 star even before that now definitely is a 10 star if I could give it.
