When I checked in, they had ice-cold towels and drinks waiting for me. There was also welcome fruit in the room, and it was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a trip in July. I changed from the boutique hotel I stayed at in the first half of the trip to this hotel to keep the budget down. The location is very convenient as it is right in front of Pub Street. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the restaurant Khmer Taste right in front of the hotel is delicious and has good value for money, so I went there every day. I thought it was inevitable given the location surrounded by restaurants, but a cockroach appeared in the room after all. The hotel staff got rid of it, but there was still a dead cockroach on the floor of the bathroom sink. What was disappointing was that on the second day, I was tired and came back from the ruins tour, but the room had not been cleaned. It was after noon, but I had assumed that the cleaning would be done in the morning, so I was disappointed. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning at night, but they said it would be difficult until 5 o'clock due to the shift of the attendant. I was tired from the tour from the morning, so I checked with my companion and went to the front desk again to ask for cleaning, but when I returned to the room, the cleaning had already started, and I said, ``It's not now, though.'' Perhaps my English is poor, but I was unable to communicate well. As others have posted, the food was not as good as I expected. We booked with breakfast included, but it's fine to just stay without it and prioritize the location. It seems that if you are going on a ruins tour in the morning and choose a plan with breakfast included, they will prepare a lunch box for you. We didn't check beforehand and ended up paying for Cambodian food as an optional dish at a restaurant we stopped at during the tour, but if they can prepare a lunch box for you, it would be better to ask in advance as the brunch fee would be reduced by that amount. In any case, the location is convenient and being able to walk to Pub Street is appealing. If you prioritize location, I think it's a good choice.

The room is spacious, clean, and cool. The staff is very friendly.
