I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location, cleanliness, service, everything was great. We could see the pool from the balcony and it was nice. Also, the staff at the front desk were kind and always greeted me with a smile, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. Laundry service seemed to be cheaper and faster than using the hotel's laundry service at a nearby shop.

I just checked out from almost a month long stay here. It was great. The room was spacious, light and airy. Room service was as much or as little as you liked and you decide when they come, which I thought was great.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The location is very central, easily walkable to all the restaurants/bars.
Internet was great, I was able to have video calls and never had any issues.
The only downside for me was that the pool was very rarely in the sun.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly it’s untrue. We ate in the restaurant every night, and the young lad and girl waiters were so helpful and polite, and attentive to our needs, they, along with reception and cleaners, are a credit to the hotel. The food in restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced, as are the drinks. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice, but it was sufficient. The room (607) was well equipped, had a balcony with 2 chairs overlooking pool. There’s even a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel serving one of the best coffees we’ve had. It’s within 15 mins of pub street and the market. There really is nothing to not like, it’s perfect.

Toilet broke down twice while we were staying at the hotel. Air con was leaking and the floor was wet from the leak. Though they were fast enough to attend to the problem, hope they could check all these conditions before we checked in. The location was the plus point for the stay though so it was convenient for food options

Nice clean hotel with great staff.
The front desk staff are great. Very professional. They even carried my bag up for me. Was clean. Nice. Good AC. Tiny bit of noise from pub street but that’s not their fault. Just use earplugs or white noise. Good wifi but hot water was iffy.
