Hotel was better than expected in this price category.Very clean room and hotel, friendly employees and comfortable bed. I looked for a small and quiet place to spend some days in siem reap. For me, perfect located, just 10 mins by feet to some hotspots. Only a few guests disturbed the quiet and positive image because they were very loud. Bars , supermarkets, street food , all just a few minutes away.

This was a really great hotel. First of all, the staff's service was amazing, the rooms were clean and I have no complaints. The night market is quite close, but it's in a quiet area.

The hotel is not big, but the service is good. Siem Reap is small and looks remote, but it is only a ten-minute walk away. A tuk-tuk can take you to Bar Street, which is pretty good.

The quaint hotel is an excellent choice for budget travelers. The room is clean with extra strong Air Con to relieve you after a long hot day in Cambodia. An extra perk is the hotel is across the street from Joes. It’s an excellent dinner or lunch choice for some western food if you need a fix.

TEVI Residence in Siem Reap is a smallish hotel with excellent staff. Their service is really great and they really care about their guests.
The hotel is very clean with nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast is tasty and varied.
Location is a 15 minute walk to centre so walk or Tuk Tuk for $2 or less.
Ñice quiet location and a nice restaurant prime Pizza is just across the road.
The hotel will book any tour that you want.
The pool is nice but in the day not much protection from the sun although they have sunbeds with umbrellas.
The only complaint I have is the ladder to get in and out of the pool. The foot bars can be slippery and makes getting out of poo difficult lso it would be great if flat steps could be welded on to them.
I could not find anything else that I could fault.
The dedication and happy genuine smiles from the staff make the atmosphere so welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a really nice hotel at a good price. I recommend you include the breakfast when booking.
I look forward to my next visit.

We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel.we were pick up from airport, the driver really friendly and welcome. The staffs at the hotel also friendly and helpful. The room really clean and nice. The hotel it’s close to the night market and pub street area . The staff always wearing a smile to answer to our questions. We will stay there again if we have trip to Siemreap

I spent 10 days In this lovely hotel. My third time at the TEVI Residenses. The design is tasteful. Amenaties excelent. Cable, great wifi, nice POOL in shaded garden setting. Some of the best street food nearby and quality restaurants and bars in this upmarket local neighbourhood. Location is a real plus. An easy walk into the town centre. Staff always available to provide helpful advice on how to make the most from your time in Siem Reap yet were respectful of your privacy.
