One of the worst hotel experience of my life. Its been 15 years I am visiting Sialkot but this time client booked me in this lousy hotel where they facing difficulty with internet, no food in kitchen, lasy staff, no room service (staff was on vacation).. The worst thing and night mare was happen when two staff entered in my room in the middle of the night (1:55am), when I rushed the door and asked what you doing here, they they said Sorry and left. Then I noticed, it was not the gesture but it was delibreate that they did not gave me key with a reason system is not work, there was not lat h and internal chain lock in the room (see the pic). So being close to the Airport, people short stay, they taking advantage of theft and robbery in the room with MASTER Key.

They have very poor services, poor management and no customer service. Its not even 3 star hotel. Untrained staff made our stay hell. We will never stay there. It's better to travel Lahore and stay there. Their staff need training. Otherwise no one will stay this hotel.

It was very Poor experience. They need training of their staff. No customer service. Its better to drive to Lahore for quality hotels. Also dirty room and unhygienic washrooms. Food was OK. But overall bad experience. Its should not be in 4 star hotel list. Either 2 star or 3 star can be OK.

Worst ever hotel experience in Pakistan. From the time of check-in, disappointment was written every corner of the hotel. Staff at reception were pathetic. Nil customer service. No respect to guests. So much of attitude and ego. Then walked into the room, further disappointments. First room AC didn't work. Changed to another, no hot water. Ordered Pakistani mix-tea, it was cold. Washroom shower, taps were looks like full of corrosions. Neither fruit basket nor welcome drink provide though it was promised during the reservation. Totally disappointed and not recommended at all.

The guy at reception should be immediately fired, extremely rude guy no regard and customer service what so ever and some sort of attitude problem. Room was not clean and air con was broken making loud noises. Never going back again. Really not worth the price, booked in for fews day but checked out the same day we checked in.
