I stayed here because I thought my children would enjoy it.
Everything was well taken care of, and I was able to spend a comfortable time without any problems.
Personally, the basque cheesecake and nuts were very delicious, and the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was very soothing.
I was also surprised to see eel steamed in a clay pot for breakfast.
It seems that the child was delicious with barley chocolate and salmon and rice for breakfast.
They were happy that the bed was fluffy and the jacuzzi pool was fun.
I think that you can enjoy yourself here without going out of the hotel.
I would like to stay at a new affiliated store in Naha.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean.We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance.
The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY).
Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located 15 min away from Hakata Station. It has a nice onsen, and provides many refreshments for free at different times of the day eg ice cream, Yakult and ramen. The breakfast spread is good, and the food is delicious.

LL_ChanHotel is next to subway station, however, there is distance (10-15 mins) from the Tianjin key shopping and dinning area.
There is in-house car parking which is convenient for those staying in hotel with car.
The service of front desk are professional and polite with good level of English.

DDenna HeryatiWe stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in.
Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai.
Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight.
Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.

沙沙嗲牛肉麵The hotel location is convivence and close to the JR station. Walk about 3-5 minutes. But their service was not good. They refused to contact the fruit farm for picking grape booking when I requested the staff in the service counter to contact the fruit farm for me because I do not know Japanese. And the hotel is a bit small.

Mmarjxxthe first pod assigned to me seems dusty and i got too itchy to sleep so i asked to be moved to another pod, i dont recommend this type of accomodation for light sleepers as you will hear little noises like rolling up of curtains etc from the neighbors throughout the night.

- our room was perfectly fine, although the carpet had a few questionable stains and the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days.. but overall clean bed and towels- fine for one night stay for us

- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom were pretty nice! Not much surface area in the bathroom but to be expected

PPt LamGood location close to the Gion train station. Clean and comfy food. Breakfast option is a coupon to a restaurant across the street.
We found the service lacking as the front desk was not helpful when we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants. staff simply pointed us to the map. when I asked if they could help call the car rental company to confirm my car booking the next day, they said they could not do it and directed asked me to use a public phone.
