The most satisfying hotel in Kitakyushu. I went there at the end of March. I booked it half a month in advance for 600+ per night. Self-service check-in and check-out. The location is not far from Hakata Station. It takes a few minutes to take the bus to Mino Island and then walk for a few minutes. There are many bus routes. I personally think that Fukuoka buses are more convenient than subways, so I think the location is good. There are two supermarkets a few hundred meters away, which are within walking distance. Facilities: The apartment hotel is very new and has complete facilities. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is also a washing machine, there is a folding clothes rack in the hanging room, and the balcony can be used to dry clothes. The toilet is next to the door, not in the same location as the bathroom. The best thing is the open kitchen, which has a refrigerator, gas stove, frying pan, tableware, and knives. You can buy things and cook. The environment and sanitation are very clean and we are all very satisfied. However, no one will come to clean during the stay, and no supplies in the house will be replaced.

The location is very good - 15-20 minutes' walk from Hakata Station and the Bus Terminal. Several parks, a river, cafes, shops, everything you need are nearby. The apartment itself is simply AMAZING! It has everything you need, everything works. Perfectly clean. Instead of keys - codes on the front door and the apartment door. Check-in is completely remote - instructions were sent to the specified email, everything is extremely clear and fast. I checked in without any problems at all (and the lack of keys completely eliminates the possibility of losing them, which is very convenient). The only downside was that in the area where this house was located, construction work was going on in several places at once, so it was a bit noisy during the day (it was not very comfortable to sit in the nearest park)... It is quiet at night, so I am not taking points off - I did not sleep during the day and was often not even at home, so the noise did not bother me much, but keep in mind. Overall - an excellent choice, I definitely recommend it!

This is an AirBnB accommodation. Self check in and check out. Dont worry, It is very simple. Just remember to pre-check in and it will be smooth when u actually check in. Very spacious room or I should call it a studio apartment. With a double bed and a sofa bed. If u can't stand your wife snoring at night, sleep separately on the sofa bed. There is kitchen equipment and utensils so u can cook and eat in after u are bored with eating out. Perfect for me after a week of outside food. U can easily buy ingredients ftom nearby supermarket MaxValue. Fresh seafood and nice beef are available. A washing machine and detergent are also provided. Dryer in the bathroom.. Super convenient. Fully recommending this accommodation. Super value also!

The hotel was of course very clean, but the location was the best!!! It was great that there was Ichiran Main Branch nearby, and karaoke, convenience stores, izakayas, the station, etc. were all within a few minutes' walk! It was convenient to be able to leave your luggage at the hotel entrance before check-in. However, the number of items you can leave is limited, and you basically have to do it yourself, so it's at your own risk. Towels were not changed for stays of more than two nights, but there was a washing machine in the room and detergent was provided, so I think it would be recommended for long-term stays. There is only a shower, so be careful if you want to take a bath⚠️But I really recommend it!!

Loved this Hotel! Check-in a little complicated, but really if Trip.com communicated better with me it would’ve been fine. There is no staff at the hotel. But the room was awesome! A little apartment: fridge and small kitchen with utensils, sofa. Balcony overlooking the river. Quiet location. Nice size bathroom with tub and shower. Also a washing machine, what a bonus.

The room is very small. Although it can accommodate three people, there is no space in the room after laying the bed on the floor. The boxes can only be opened in turn in the corridor. The facilities are very simple. There is a disposable toothbrush set but no toothbrush cup. I paid for three people but only two bath towels were provided. Since I don't speak Japanese and only have a phone number to contact, I have no choice but to buy disposable bath towels at my own expense. There is a washing machine, but it is not very clean. There is a stove + a large frying pan and a knife, but nothing else (it is too bad compared to the previous accommodation conditions in Japan...). Overall, if it weren't for the popularity of the World Table Tennis Championships, I would never have booked this hotel at this price. It is too simple.

The location was great and the cleanliness was so-so. It wasn't exactly clean, and there was a little pink mold in the bathroom. If you're not sensitive, it's probably okay. I was going to eat a cup of ramen in the morning and leave, but the coffee pot boiled too slowly, so it wasn't that great. Since the cleaning service and towels are paid, you have to use them sparingly.
