drminHighly recommend this hotel in Fukuoka!
• It's a brand new hotel (built in 2025).
• Super convenient location right above the subway, and the attached mall is excellent.
• The staff are incredibly friendly, and I was very impressed with the complimentary room service (all fridge drinks and alcohol are free) and free lounge access.
• The room was clean, and I especially liked that it had hardwood floors instead of carpet, making it feel very fresh.
• The windows open, which is great for ventilation.
• You can get high-floor city views, and even a distant view of the sea and mountains.
• The 12 PM checkout time gives you a bit more flexibility.

byti.coWonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery 🥲. It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully.
There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided 👍
Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said ”all done”... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

Guest UserThe hotel is new with excellent service. It's super convenient, just three subway stops from the airport, a 15-minute walk to Jr Hakata Station, and 10 minutes to Canal City Hakata. The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom is spacious. The lobby is on the second floor and offers various amenities.

Guest UserThe location was superb as it's just a few steps away from the underground entrance to the metro. There's also a 24Hr supermarket just minutes walk from the hotel above ground or if it's raining you can take the metro underground walkway which will also get you right to the entrance of supermarket. There are a few drug stores nearby (for medicine / cosmetics) and some open till 9pm or even midnight. It's only a very short walk to get to Canal city shopping area which has an array of shops and dinning options.
We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was included in our room rate and it was very good with a decent amount of choices (we ended up eating there 4/5 mornings). Although the dinning area was not very big so if you're there during peak hours there could be a bit of a wait.
The room was a standard 'Dormy' room that you'd expect in almost any other Dormy Inn but for this particular hotel we felt the cleaning needs a bit of work. We have a habit of wiping down the shelves / tables before placing our things and even after three rounds of wiping with wet cloth / tissue it's still grey which shook us a bit.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering every question we had with a great attitude. The room was super clean. Even though the space wasn't huge, it had everything we could possibly need—especially the microwave and washing machine, which were total lifesavers. It was so convenient to buy local food back to the room and heat it up. There was also a nice round table in the room that gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meals.
Downstairs in the lobby, they offer free welcome drinks and an ice machine. In the scorching summer heat, being able to grab an ice-cold drink whenever we wanted was amazing! Another cool feature was the big LED screen in the lobby—it let us explore local sightseeing spots, and the information was incredibly detailed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Guest UserThis was my first time traveling abroad with my child, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. On the day of check-in, we took a taxi from Fukuoka Airport to the hotel, which was about a 15-20 minute drive and cost around 80+ RMB.
The hotel is very quiet with good soundproofing, and complimentary drinks are available. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Hakata Station. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service in the mornings, running every 30 minutes, which was very convenient for our travel needs. Tenjin shopping district is approximately 1.8 kilometers away, a pleasant 20-minute walk.
The hotel is located at a crossroads, with a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs. Diagonally opposite is a duty-free supermarket, making it convenient for purchasing daily necessities or cosmetics. There's also a branch of the 'Dajin' barbecue chain downstairs; we ate there two days in a row. The food was decent and incredibly good value for money, haha!

Location of this hotel is excellent! Extremely easy to find - exit from the Chikushi Gate (East) at JR Hakata station and walk about 5 mins to reach the hotel. There is also a bus stop just 100 meters away (1 min walk) that you can take from the airport to reach the hotel, or from the hotel to reach the airport.
Room is clean and decent size. Love the bathroom and the standing shower which has a nice rain shower, handheld shower and jacuzzi style massage shower. There’s also a bathtub for those who like to take baths. Room amenities can be obtained at hotel lobby so there is little waste - just take what you need.
There is also a coffee machine that is free at the lobby. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer at level 3, level 7 and level 11. There is also a Family Mart just infront of the hotel and also a Lawson just around the corner. Great for getting late night light snacks. Overall, an excellent hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the station, and there's a small park nearby. The room itself is quite spacious by Japanese standards, has everything you need, and is very clean.
The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection (they even have steak!). We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Guest UserI stayed in a single room, so I can't speak for the other room types, but overall I had a very pleasant stay.
The room itself is quite small, so if you're traveling with multiple large suitcases, it may feel cramped. For solo travelers, however, it's perfect for a short stay. The bed was surprisingly large and could comfortably fit two people. There was also enough space to store luggage under the bed, which helped keep the room organized.
One of the highlights was the bathroom. It was spacious, with a separate toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink area, making it very convenient for getting ready. The room was also well-equipped with plenty of power outlets, USB ports, a charging cable, LAN cable, desk, kettle, tea, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, and a large TV. The TV supports streaming services such as Netflix, so you can log in with your own account and watch during your stay. There were also slippers, pajamas, hangers, and a full-length mirror. Housekeeping was available daily, and extra towels could be requested if needed.
One thing to keep in mind is that there is a city tax that must be paid at check-in. The amount depends on the length of your stay, but in my case it was 200 yen per night. Payment can be made by either credit card or cash, so it's a simple process.
The only downside was the noise. My room faced the train tracks, and the trains were quite loud, especially if you're a light sleeper or like to go to bed early. If you plan to spend a lot of time relaxing in your room, this may be something to consider.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay. The lobby also has vending machines for soft drinks and beer, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

SinsinisThe room is quite small, and it’s a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time — we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasn’t available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed.
