we got the corner sofa room, very spacious with 2 queen beds next to each other, very good with my 2 kids together. location was very nice, we drove and there are a few parking areas behind the hotel which was convinent. but they dont clean the room for you or enter the room at all so its good for insecure guest i guess. towel not changing was a problem for my wife....
Although the room is small, it is very clean. There is free coffee and a public area for use. There are unlimited cold water bottles, which is very convenient. I will consider it next time.

Overall satisfactory, the facilities are complete, the health is really average. The quilts in the cabinets are very dirty (paved on the ground, but we didn't use it this time). Not far from Hakata Station, you can walk.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from HAKATA station.
The check-in staff was polite and the baggage storage service is available for pre/ex check-in.
The room was clean and comfortable, but not spacious.
I still had a great time staying at the NEST hotel.
Would recommend to those travellers visiting Fukuoka.
THE358 I thought it was a concept that I could feel the sky because there was Sora and sea. Just the front desk is on the top floor. There were no other guests at check-in, but the front desk was 3, 4 staff. In general, the staff is not aware of the ** that has been guided by raising hands, so it is a little confused and chooses the staff appropriately to check in. The room was on the 5 floor and the outdoor machine of the next building was in front of the front, so I contacted the front desk and changed the room. But the 6 floor on the other side. I don't have any choice to say more. I wonder if I will guide you from a room with a bad view even though the room is empty. Breakfast was easy and delicious. The restaurant and front desk of the hotel are not allowed to wear room clothes and slippers, but when you look at the dress of the restaurant in the morning, this hotel seems to have no problem with room clothes and slippers. At the front desk, there is no explanation of the difference from such a general hotel. If the accommodation fee is similar to the city hotel, the front desk service should be done. The public bath was large and clean, but there were few hot water in the bathtub, and it was shallow and relaxing. I was looking forward to the purpose of changing my mood in the city, but I wonder if this is repeated. At least the general hotel service should be learned.
I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park, and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Prefer the staff to be less snobby and pretentious. Doesn’t enjoy the attitude given by the short haired female staff, she didn’t take her time to understand what I meant and quickly assume something I didn’t said and the after attitude given after that was really not necessary. She is in the service line and I wasn’t even giving her any unpleasant attitude but she gave that in return. Out of the many time I stayed in this hotel, this is the only time I really regretted to book the hotel.

I was scheduled to arrive at Fukuoka Airport at night and booked as a hotel near Hakata Station, which is 2 subway stations from the airport. The proximity of 2 minutes from Chikushi Guchi was not only at night but also the next morning, so it was convenient to have a block to the entrance of Daytos in the station building. The hotel room was beautiful, and check-out was easy to return the card key to the BOX. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and I ate at Daytos, but the hotel breakfast looked delicious.

I had to stay with my three-family dad and six-year-old child, so I added a bed to the Hollywood twin room. A Japanese man helped me check in. After entering the room, I called the room and asked me again if I needed the room. I asked him to install a bed guard. You installed it. Friendly :) There is also a Korean staff, so it's ok if you can't speak Japanese. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of you and 5 minutes from Hakata Station? I waited to go to a nearby yakitori house, so I went to a place selling yakitori under the hotel. ....... 😅😅 But there is no place to add a bed and carry a suitcase, so it's on the door. It's too narrow. Children's amenities were taken separately, and the bed was comfortable, so I had a good stay for 2 nights and 3 days !!! I'm willing to go again, but it's too narrow ㅠ

Outstanding
MMarco D’IgnazioThe hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easily accessible. It features a modern yet traditional design, with rooms that have tatami-style flooring, futon mattresses, and a contemporary bathroom. The staff are welcoming and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy the on-site hot spring facilities, which are open to guests.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Fukuoka.

Zzh3usFull marks for Dormy Inn, we had impeccable service from the service team over there this time round. As we were using them as a platform to travel throughout Kyushu, we had left some baggage with them while we were away. They were nice enough to keep the baggage for us after they had validated that we have subsequent booking.
The breakfast roast beef was 10/10 best ever, they had an expensive Balmuda Toaster which allows for your toast to be fluffy while crispy and they have a Japanese style breakfast spread consisting of small plates including Mentaiko and Salmon Tartare.
Location is close to Hakata Station, it takes about 12 minutes walk to reach there. Just opposite is FUK Coffee, they serve fantastic expresso coffee and just down the street on the left is an AEON MAX VALUE 24 hour supermarket with cheap bentos, sushi, alcohol and sashimi available. Moving more on the left side direction is a shopping street with Daiso and other amenities.
I have to say that in general, Dormy Inn’s public baths – onsen facilities are top notch, they do not close after midnight (other than the sauna), the shower head is $300 in price from Refa and their hot water mixer taps are not press per use, but those normal ones you just turn on and it runs the water. The public bath is 10/10 fantastic.
During our last night there, Super Typhoon Kong-Rey was in the area and we had huge rainfall. Dormy Inn lent us umbrellas and it was the first time we experienced the fact that many of the guests decided to stay in and not go out. The public bath was full and the free ice cream was almost gone! The free noodles given out from 2130 – 2300 was so full they ran out of noodles and they were nice enough to give the guest that missed out instant versions so that they did not need to leave the hotel in the rain.
Overall I feel that they deserve full 5 stars, I really enjoyed my stay there and wish the staff all the best and thank you for the service!

GGuest UserWe used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.
AAbe SiargaoWe enjoy the Tokyu Stay chain of hotels in Japan for their simplicity and good selection of useful amenities inside and outside the rooms such as ensuite washer dryer combos and good free coffee at the lobby etc.
This is not a luxury hotel by no means, but they are affordable and are usually located in great down town areas.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean. We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance.
The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY).
Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good and delicious. The staff are nice and helpful. But the location is in the small street, therefore it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel by driving a car. Overall , I satisfied the experience in this hotel.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of convenience, transportation, and facilities. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's strategic location, which made exploring the city a breeze.
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by various amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This prime location allowed me to easily access popular tourist attractions, business districts, and transportation hubs, ensuring that I made the most of my time during my stay.
Speaking of transportation, the hotel's proximity to public transportation options was a major plus. Within a short walking distance, I had access to bus stops, and subway stations. This made navigating the city hassle-free and saved me precious time that I could spend on other activities.
When it comes to the hotel facilities, they were nothing short of excellent. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a modern and elegant ambiance. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The rooms were well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. Its convenient location, coupled with easy access to transportation, made exploring the city a breeze. The excellent facilities and the comfortable rooms ensured that my stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient oasis with top-notch amenities.
JjennytravelConvenient location, comfortable stay, check-in was a bit troublesome since they didn’t send me any information by email beforehand.
Hotel was clean and modern with comfortable bed.
The lighting in the room could be improved, it’s just kinda dark and placed in odd places.
GGuest UserRooms are not big but satisfied on amenities provisions. Housekeeping will leave new towels and robes sets and amenities by your door even if you did not request for make up room.
Shower curtain has a funny smell when it is not dried out after shower. Hotel does not provide extra key.
Hotel dies not provide extra key.

PPt LamGood location close to the Gion train station. Clean and comfy food. Breakfast option is a coupon to a restaurant across the street.
We found the service lacking as the front desk was not helpful when we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants. staff simply pointed us to the map. when I asked if they could help call the car rental company to confirm my car booking the next day, they said they could not do it and directed asked me to use a public phone.
