Hotel location is very good, the ancient city scenery is unobstructed, booked the room, upgraded the panoramic room of the terrace for me, specially built the hotel service group, sent the location, warm reminder, just arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper picked up the car at the door, took the luggage, stayed in the room, the hotel sent afternoon tea again, Hot milk was delivered to the room before going to bed at night, and intimate service was everywhere. In the evening, I walked around the hotel and the surrounding area. The design and decoration of the hotel were very elegant, and the boss still worked hard. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the bustling neighborhood of the ancient city. The breakfast is also very rich. Guizhou specialty tea and snacks are also presented at noon. I have never commented so much on the hotel alone, but this stay experience did change my understanding of the hotel. Hotel hardware is important, but they are better in service. This is the hotel's service concept with customer needs as the core. The details determine success or failure, and the service achieves the future! On the edge of the core area of Zhenyuan Ancient City, it is difficult to find a hotel with its own parking space (usually public parking spaces are unattended and unsafe or have no parking spaces). This hotel has a semi-underground garage that can park more than a dozen cars. . The rooms are well-equipped and arranged according to the star-rated hotel (deserving of its name). Unfortunately, you can't see anything in the river view room at night. It's not far from the illuminated river section, but the river turns a corner, and there's no night view at all! No wonder there are no publicity photos of night scenes

Staying for one night, the hotel is very quiet, and it is in the ancient town. It is convenient to travel and has a bus and a rabbit parking lot. The room is clean and the boss is attentive and enthusiastic. Next time, I will bring a friend.

The boss is super enthusiastic and super good. He told us how to go. The room was full, but the system took the order and still picked it up. We were upgraded to a large standard room! Although I have to climb the stairs, the boss helped with the luggage. After parking, I came to the parking lot to bring us the luggage! Call him when he left and help us send it over! There are a lot of food around, convenient, you can see the river view, the scenery is super good! The night view at night is super beautiful! The boss is really super super good! The room is clean and tidy!

The inn is in the scenic area, built by Yanhe, and the room is clean and tidy. The room we started to book was in the north, and we couldn't see the riverside scenery. The boss changed us to a room with a balcony in the south. During the day, we could see the riverside scenery on the balcony. The scenery at night was more charming. The boss is from the Northeast and is very enthusiastic.

BBugaI was very lucky to choose this hotel for my trip to Zhenyuan Ancient Town. First of all, the location of the hotel. I was traveling by train. After leaving the train station, I took a bus from the square to the hotel in about 20 minutes. You can walk to the riverside in half a minute after leaving the hotel. , the location is quite good, it doesn’t matter if you are traveling by car. The hotel compound is the parking lot, parking is very convenient, and the hotel environment is very clean and sanitary. I can’t bear to mess it up. I have to say a few more words about the host sister, sister. The people are so nice. When I went there, the B&B next door was being renovated. My sister was afraid that I would be disturbed and sent me a big red envelope to calm me down. This was something I didn’t expect. It was the first time I received a red envelope from the host in more than 20 years of traveling. It was so great. I was so touched 🤗Then I forgot to take my clothes to the hotel when I left. The host sister mailed them back. Thank you again, the host sister. I will stay with you again when I have the opportunity to visit Zhenyuan in the future. It was a wonderful travel experience✌

You can see Wuyang River when you open the window, Qinglong Cave on the left, and Zhusheng Bridge and Shiping Mountain entrance are just a few steps away. The facilities are also complete. The most surprising thing is the attentiveness and enthusiasm of the owner. We arrived on New Year's Eve, and we were afraid that all the shops on the street would be closed and we would not be able to have dinner, but the owner still treated us to dinner. There were also a lot of candies prepared in the room and the lobby. The ancient city is very beautiful, and the people in the ancient city are very enthusiastic. I want to come again next time. GGuest UserThis time I wanted to choose a simple and luxurious B&B. I looked at several B&Bs and found this newly opened B&B. The room type and the real photos of the ancient building and river view from the balcony really impressed my taste. It also has my favorite A private soup that I want to experience.
The location of the B&B is quite good, and there are many restaurants nearby. As soon as I entered the door, I was greatly surprised by the decoration style of the lobby and the enthusiastic attitude of the lady at the front desk. A butler helped carry my luggage along the way. The corridors and stairs are quite clean.
The room I booked has its own terrace, a set of small tables and chairs, a very wide view and fresh air. At night, I sat on a chair and watched the lights on the other side and the sparkling water. It was really not in vain that I took several days off to come to Guizhou and travel to Zhenyuan. The types of room facilities are exactly the same as the platform details page, and they are all available. The room and bathroom are quite clean, and the sheets are very clean and brand new! the most important is! You can take a private bath in a quiet and small environment without being disturbed by the outside world. This is what I like most, and it is also the most comfortable and cost-effective thing I have experienced. After experiencing it for one night, the experience was quite good. I slept well and had fun. It is a treasure new B&B that is highly recommended.

Convenient location adjacent to the Ancient City but tucked away on a quit street allowing for peaceful rest at night. Charming room in historical building but with modern amenities. The owner speaks English well and gets out of his way to help his guest. Anander, the owner, walked to taxi with me and got taxi for me since it was a busy time during National Holiday. He is very attentive providing cold water during the hot days. The owner helped contacting my next hotel and gave advice for easy transportation with following up late to make sure I got safely to the next hotel. Best service I ever had traveling in China!

Ttam myParking is a bit troublesome. There are many small vehicles in the alley. The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient.
The room is quite spacious and bright, but the decoration smell in the room is too strong, which caused me to suffer from allergic rhinitis.
The room faced the view deck on the fifth floor and was very noisy. More people were drinking and chatting on the platform and the noise continued until early in the morning.
The hotel provides washing machines and dryers. This service is very good.

GGuest UserWe had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Was given the ground floor which I totally love it. The view is just right in front, and we can simply walk out at any time to take pictures. Room was clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect too. It's in between a vibrant local morning market and the old ancient town. Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever come back here.
