去參觀應縣木塔入住的非常不錯的一家星級酒店。後院停車方便寬敞。早餐有當地特色的麪食。房間面積很大乾淨衞生。符合星級賓館的標準。點贊。衹是可惜沒有體驗他們贈送的汗蒸洗浴。

淋浴房往出漏水，洗個澡直接漏的衞生間滿地水，出來洗漱直接摔一跤，作為一個老牌酒店，出現這種問題，確實讓人不舒服，入住體驗極差。

這酒店非常的老，所有設施都比較老，電梯也非常小，房間很大，但是屋內設施非常陳舊，沒有一件是新的東西，早餐品種也特別少。五星級酒店沒有其他設施，衹有一個洗浴，還破破爛爛的。進門時，門挺大，有保安，外面停車場，非常窄，而且有一個無障礙走梯，一不小心倒車時撞到，保安立刻出來，叫來管事的，説的話也聽不懂。要500塊錢。後來走了保險，人保賠給他了。這時早保安才告訴大院裏有很大的停車場，但是沒有標識，保安也沒有指示。體驗太差了，這還是五星級酒店呢，連三星都不如。以後不會再住了。

該賓館其他一切都好。衹是服務相當的死板。有朋友外出遊玩時腰、腿扭傷，不能去餐廳早餐。就是這樣的啊，去餐廳，餐票也給了服務員，但是就不給你打包帶走，説是規定不允許打包。跟他説了，情況特殊也不行，規定就是規定。衹能無語了。因為腰部扭傷，賓館的床太軟，需要換成硬一點的或者想辦法，搞硬一點。去總枱與服務員溝通就是一個回答，我們這裏沒有硬的，沒辦法。我衹能請他把客房經理請出來，經過與客房經理溝通，經理相當熱情，馬上給予解決。這裏要給予好評！總體感覺服務員太死板了，賓館的培訓不到位。
