平魯星程真是個**地方，住了幾十年酒店沒見過還沒有和客人確定好就把客人行李強行搬出來就讓退房呢。沒問是續住還是怎麼滴。中午吃個飯回來就把房間東西都放包裏扔前台了，沒見過翻客人包，亂放客人行李的酒店。這輩子再不會去平魯星程了。真是個討吃地方。

房間很大，服務很好，新開的酒店，早餐也很棒，旁邊是個幼兒園，早晨被雞鳴聲叫醒，周邊沒吃飯和逛的地方，好處是離高速口很近，屬於朔州市邊上的平魯區吧還是縣的，應該離市區還有段距離，我是去大同剛好中間選擇在這裏休整一晚。

挺好，比較乾淨，挺新的，好停車。服務人員也挺熱情友好。早餐衹能算一般吧，能吃飽。退房時前台還送了小點心，問需不需要帶礦泉水，很貼心。

設施：新酒店 設施非常好 智能馬桶 室內一應俱全 我們臨時改變行程 訂了個超絕性價比的套房 美美的睡了一覺😊
衞生：好！因為之前雨季有蟲子 酒店特意做了消殺 還在電梯裏做了解釋 我們住了一晚上一個蟲子也沒有~很棒棒 衞生也很好 特別乾淨
環境：很棒 距離高速口很近 停車場車位多 酒店裡香香的
服務：一級棒！前台小姐姐很細心 我去洗衣服時間很晚了還幫我拿去烘乾並且送上來~感謝~機器人也萌萌的😎
