前台服務員態度極差，進門問我是哪個平台預訂的，我説去哪，人家整了個他家沒有去哪，衹有**和**，她不知道去哪是什麼，我質疑説都預訂成功了怎麼可能沒有，最後在後台找到了，跟我説都給她整無語了，我就想説我怎麼著她了，她無語的是什麼，因為我定的去哪她不認識麼！然後跟我説需要交300塊錢的按金，100出頭的房費按金要300，我也都忍了，沒想到人家不給開按金收據，説他家店收按金從來不開收據，我問了一句那我明天怎麼從你要錢，人家整了一個他們有監控能查，我為了**按金費還得去調一下監控麼！監控能看清你收我多少錢麼！後來經理出麪給寫了張收據，我和經理説了下過程，她還給了我一句，讓我不用提之前的事，我説什麼還得用她管麼！這家店的前台真是無法無天了，要不是看在這家店的位置，指定不能住了，明天退房，我就看能不能找理由不給我按金，真是開了眼了，離了個大譜！
