Heater was very loud and difficult to regulate temperature. Pillows and bed uncomfortable.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude and would not let us check in. He tried to charge my card multiple times for the stay stating he did not receive the money for our stay. Even after showing him the confirmation and pre-checking in a day before us arriving. We had to cancel our stay and requested a refund. We went to a different hotel with EXTREMELY BETTER service.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! Breakfast was adequate (coffee could have been stronger for me); room was big, bed comfy, forest view from window, location was good for Show Low or Pinetop where my husband was playing softball; and it had a pool!

Poor experience
Smelled terrible, the hotel was so dirty. There was hair in my bed (which was uncomfortable) & the sheets didn’t feel like they had been washed. I had to go get a blanket from Walmart just to lay on the bed. The breakfast was terrible & gross. The first room I had didn’t lock so I had to go get a room change. The floors are so loud & your door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom letting in light & noise. I will not be staying here again.

Good decent room in Show Low, real nice for a Super 8. Late at night on a busy weekend on my way back to Phoenix, they had a room at a decent price (compared to other places nearby). Other hotels were no vacancy...

Entire hotel and hallways smell strongly of Curry. Old and not incredibly well maintained.

Terrible
Nothing expected just hurry and get a place to sleep but you would expect a nice breakfast and unfortunately it wasn't worth getting anything. Felt like i was somewhere in a foreign country like India. The stay felt the same way.
