I used to think hotels were just places to lay your head, until I discovered this one. The lobby was so bright it looked as if sunshine had spilled everywhere, and even the corners felt sparkling clean. When Li Li at the front desk handed me water with a smile and said, 'We've upgraded you to a larger room,' I instantly felt completely taken care of. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom made getting ready a truly comfortable experience. And the hotel's body wash smelled absolutely wonderful! Not to mention the laundry room and gym, which helped smooth out all the little inconveniences of travel. This wasn't just a hotel stay; it felt like finding a temporary home away from home!

Recommended by a friend for our trip to Disney with the kids, this hotel offered surprisingly great value for money. It's conveniently located very close to the subway station, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Getting to Disney was a breeze, thanks to their daily shuttle service. A thoughtful touch: if we returned from Disney having missed dinner, the hotel provided complimentary bread and drinks. Ordering food delivery was also super convenient.

The front desk staff were professional and extremely helpful.
1. Upon arrival at the airport, we contacted the hotel, and they provided shuttle service. It's only about a 10-minute drive.
2. The breakfast is said to be a good buffet, but for guests with early flights, the hotel thoughtfully prepares takeaway breakfast bags.
3. There's a convenience store nearby, and the hotel also offers dining options. Alternatively, you can order food delivery.
4. There's some airplane noise at night, but it didn't affect my sleep. Earplugs can block it out completely if needed.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to family and friends.

I was planning a trip to Hangzhou and quickly chose this hotel after seeing its excellent reviews and realizing it's located right within the scenic area. The location is fantastic, truly right in the heart of the scenic spot. The two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and had a wonderful attitude; they even upgraded my room for free! The rooms are all equipped with smart controls, which made for a very comfortable stay. Plus, breakfast was included. Highly recommend!
