"The room was small and not cleaned (there were spider webs), and the hair dryer in the room was old and took 30 minutes to dry! There were no amenities, but toothbrushes etc. were available at the front desk, but when the front desk closed at night, the toothbrushes etc. were taken away (lol) - so stingy! The water in the bath was turned off and not circulated, so it was dirty! For dinner there was nothing cooked and there was nothing to eat, which was disappointing! We stayed for several nights, but the same menu was served every night for dinner - disappointing! There was nothing to eat at breakfast - disappointing, the same menu every morning! This is the lowest rank even in the holiday village! There is no hospitality towards the guests! There is no such thing as the worst accommodation! They should improve"

"The initial evaluation was average, but the location and the staff were good. I think the impression was a little low because the building is a little old. If you understand that the bath and toilet are like that, it's not bad. I would like to use it again. On the other hand, we scheduled a late check-out time of 9:30, but from 8:00? the room was cleaned and we could hear people making arrangements in the hallway, which made it feel busy. Personally, I would like it to be quiet until check-out time. Regarding this app, it is difficult to find a twin room for two people. Although there were many twin rooms with one person. I don't know if it is an app setting or a system issue, but I think it would be easier to use if it could be more flexible in finding the type of travel."
