酒店地理位置優越，交通方便，裝修典雅，設施完善，房間乾淨寬敞。二樓有餐廳，洗衣房，健身房，休閑娛樂生活服務都很方便，早餐一直到中午一點都有，很貼心，阿姨也可以幫忙送洗衣服，服務非常好👍

服務非常貼心，前台很熱情體驗感很好，房間也很乾凈，停車也不收費，總體是非常舒適的，而且廁所還有個小的梳粧台，也非常方便，早上早餐時間又長，東西也很好吃，以後有機會還是回來住的，走的時候還給了小禮品真的很細節了！

必須要好評，從打電話開始，就體現出來他們的訓練有素！詢問時間，需要什麼幫助，如何開車到酒店！温柔的小姐姐很耐心的講解，接着辦理入住，一系列暖心之舉真的很温暖（身份證套袋、小童拖鞋牙刷、升級房間）這些都是主動辦理，不需要多説一句廢話，前台小哥哥真的點贊👍！房間乾淨整潔，非常舒適的大床 ，早餐可以營業到13:00，這是我第一次遇到這麼人性化的酒店！我出來玩了1️⃣個月，毫不猶豫地説，這是我這一個月住的最滿意的酒店了！👍如果再去十堰一定會選擇這家👍最重要的是寵物友好、寵物友好！我的兩衹大金毛住的可舒服啦！

住了好幾次，每次過來出差都選擇這家酒店，附近有很多好吃的都很方便，到萬達衹需要步行15分鐘非常方便，房間設施也很智能，有語音控制非常方便，工作人員服務也都非常熱情

房間挺不錯的，提前打電話給安排房間，發了酒店定位，房間也很智能，乾淨衞生，旁邊晚上全是吃飯的地方，口味都還挺不錯，服務也非常暖心，給主動安排了帶辦公桌的房間，以後還會來住

帶小朋友來的，前台小姐姐很熱情，送了我們一份小童早餐，房間也給我們升級了，旁邊也都是吃飯的地方，很熱鬧，而且離博物館走路也就10分鐘很近很方便，房間進去也是很乾凈很不錯的，房間設備也很智能，停車也不要錢，總體還是很值得的，以後還回來的！❤❤❤❤

停車位置還是夠，加油充電都挺近！早餐也可以，足夠豐富，房間智能化的，比較乾淨還不錯；現在説説問題：洗澡排水有問題，排不出去，水漫金山了，沒有涼拖鞋的問題就來了，拖鞋都濕了，差點滑倒！最後一張圖是第二天起來後拍的，水還沒幹！所以設施這項給了差評哦
