服務態度不好我昨天去住店到前台後前台那個女的説我天天這樣搞説我來不提前打招呼，搞的我佔你們酒店好大便宜一樣，説給我的價低，首先我聲明一下，我去住你們店你們應該高興才對照顧你生意不是一上來就指責顧客，我不是佔你便宜，而是照顧你們生意，不要覺得你們開個賓館好了不起一樣，我每年開房間都花好幾萬，什麼樣的賓館我沒住過，在十堰很多酒店打電話給我讓我去住還有早餐都是協議價，房價也就100左右房間隨便挑，也沒見那個酒店服務態度這樣，外面賓館一大堆，不是你一家，你們做生意不是這樣搞的，你們的服務崇旨不是顧客至上服務第一，如果想長遠，必須加強培訓，不是非你不可，首先希望你們認清楚我是去照顧你們生意的，你們應該感謝才對，不是一上來就説顧客，不是你們施捨顧客，我沒佔你們便宜，沒有白住，説難聽點換了任何一家酒店我經常去住人家都會給我最合適價格，沒有那家店會拒絕常住客，所以説你們不會做生意，我在十堰隨時去房型任挑，不像你們沒有住滿的情況下也是固定給我0102房間，太不會做生意，不做好服務不會長久的
