自駕遊幾年，住過全國各地（含西部邊緣地區）賓館和民宿無數，沒想到來到廣東始興，居然第一次想留差評。對於老闆和老闆娘人沒意見，看上去都是老實人，但旅館設施實在太破舊，完全不適宜做營業性旅館，而且收費114元/晚（平台優惠價）不知監管部門是否瞭解，希望通過我的如實評價，引起有關部門重視，對這類旅館民宿的經營者進行必要的培訓和指導，改良後以達到基本的誠實守信設施衞生服務標準。1,關於停車，去哪兒網上明確表示有免費停車，晚上22:30來到停在老闆指定位置後，老闆告訴我早上8:30必須挪走自己出去找車位，否則會被抄牌。2，關於電梯，網上註明有電梯（如圖8）實際根本沒有（如圖9）3,房間內所有設施破舊不堪，又薄又臟的窗簾布隨便掛在窗口，還不夠窗口面積大，玻璃窗根本關不上，晚上開着空調還是凍得睡不着。4,床上的被褥不但潮濕，還有一股怪味，顏色分不清是白還是黃（如圖12）5,洗手間裏沒有毛巾，洗手間的門是無法關上的（如圖）而且門框高度大約不到170釐米，門框上沒有警示標誌，175的男士進廁所被撞頭幾次（如圖）6,圖二是房間配備的拖鞋。6,蹲廁沒有沖水裝置，必須用桶來裝水沖洗。

這是我目前住過最差的酒店，好多小蟲子咬人，九十塊錢加優惠券滿減後是八十四塊錢，沒有吹風機和空調遙控器，被子很臟，隔音很差，隔壁咳嗽的聲音就像在我房間咳嗽一樣，還有抽煙，煙味都飄到我房間裏了，樓下是施工地，真的好吵，洗澡的地方居然是沒有私隱，看在老闆人還好給個五星，望老闆加強衞生。
