進房間就發現牆上插着電子蚊香，然後發現滿屋都是蚊子，跟商家溝通居然説不可能有蚊子，説提示她説電子蚊香一直插着你們不可能不知道，她居然馬上出去拿了盤蚊香過來。空調不好用，房間很冷，商家居然説空調好用是我不會用。洗澡水也不熱。我要求換房，商家居然又一次撒謊，説已經沒有房間了。但**和攜程上都有房。展示給她看，她居然説是忘關平台了。最不可思議的是説完這話居然轉身就走了。
