度假村服務很滿意，入住前就拉了羣，各個部門相關負責人員都在羣裏一對一服務，對客户的要求相應很快。入住當天住客不多，還升級了客房，水上屋環境非常棒。度假村也為住客安排了豐富的活動。不過遺憾的是因為修路，沒去溯溪。早餐種類能夠再豐富一些就更好了！

首先是衝著這麼的小溪流水來的，真的沒有失望！那個水真的太清了，能玩一下午。
酒店環境，滿意的，我們選着週五來，人不多，雖然天氣熱，但不妨礙環境好，超級無敵舒適！
酒店服務，滿分！還送了當地村民種的西瓜，好甜啊，我們是提前了一個多月訂的，會送燒烤，所以提前訂有優惠哦！吃的超級飽飽，晚上有篝火晚會，氛圍絕了，就是我們在酒店玩水沒去，光聽着外面的音樂都覺得氛圍很好！
很適合親子，我兒子玩到不想走～
房間的泳池水是我們入住後放的，很乾凈衞生！
唯一覺得需要改善的是早餐不那麼可口哈哈哈
反正還會跟朋友家人再來的～等冬天再來泡温泉

太差了，還是一片工地就迫不及待的想要營業賺錢。2000多一晚的房間全部是塑料木做的户外露營的材質，洗手間不足一平方，淋浴間還漏水，窗户關不住，熱水高不過35度，温泉都是鍋爐水，臟到一塌糊塗，早餐瓶裝蒙牛常温奶，衹有炒麪和稀飯。整一個就是劣質仿冒品牌和圖片嚴重不符，大家千萬別上當。
