We , a group of 15 people stayed for 2 days and were pleasantly surprised by its beautiful location and curtious staff. The food served in the buffet was delicious and all the chefs harshdeep nd Angadchef fsb team harsh Shubham all team were excellent in service and they all made extra efforts to make our stay more comfortable.

It was my 3rd trip in Namami Gange in last 10 year.. I would like say my fav place in Rishikesh Shivpuri Amazing trip with my kitty friends.. food,service,ambience..amazing view separate Ganga ji beach ,Aarti Everything perfect..thanx Piyush ji for your support and cooperation

Overrated and not worth the money. Geyser was not working and inspite of request it was not repaired. Ganga ji view room is a simple bluff. One gets only a distant glimpse Ganga Ji. I paid Rs 14000 for a single night and the room was not having a working geyser. Bed linen was not clean. The only saving grace was the food. I stayed here for two nights and on both days dinner and breakfast were tasty. Mr. Bir Singh, the restaurant manager was the only person in the hotel who was polite and efficient. One day morning there was a power failure and the generator was not started for 45 minutes because there was no staff except for the guard. Avoid it, there are many better alternatives available.

Amazing venue for an Indian wedding next to the river. Here from the UK. Lovely sized room and balcony. Monkeys, mountains, river and beach. Great food. Good service. Just make sure you turn the geyser on if you want a hot shower. Big comfy bed.

Wonderful location by the Ganges. Stayed for a wedding. Room was spacious with lovely views of the river. Bed was very comfy. The food at the wedding was Excellent and the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is lovely and the beach is gorgeous.

The only best part is the location .. otherwise the service is horrible , rooms are horrible .. room door locks are broken , they hurt your hand while operating locks such are they positioned.. Bathroom doors do not lock and water comes out to dry area..restaurant people are very lazy .. they do not want to accommodate anything… Over all not a good experience except the location near to gangs and beautiful views
