TV not working. Even after informing to staff, they are not cleared the issue. Wash room water over flowing from drain pipe. Bed sheets are not clean and neat.

Not recommended for solo travelers. - it claims free wifi, but there was no network at home. -salty water at bathroom - no lift. - food is only available in the dining area so you have to step down every-time you have cravings. - i ignored it all. But the worst part was management: they are irresponsible and ignorant towards your feedback. They'll neglect your request. Thankfully i booked, so i could reclaim a sound resolution. Otherwise, this hotel, i won't recommend to anyone - especially if you're a female solo traveler. The male staff was kind and cooperative. But the management wasn't understanding and was neglectful of any feedback or request. I stayed there for 4 goo days. And have been a traveler for past 6 years i don't mind adjusting here and there. But a few things says a lot about a property management, so check it out if you sure planning: 1 i booked triple sharing with balcony. On my arrival they gave me a small cornered room. As i entered, i said this is suffocating and i requested to change. The staff said, " no that's what you have booked. Then i went to reception and the lady within one go gave the keys for the triple. She didn't confirm my records or anything. So, she knew. Anyways, i idnored that. 2 the second room did have balcony but the window didn't have a net, so due to that, you won't wanna keep it open all day due to insects, so you can expect zero ventilation. Plus it doesn't match the photo. I still ignored focusing on my darshan. I went on. 3 i understand they wanted the dining downstairs but i had serious issues plus i was solo, so i was planning to talk to them. But first, i went downstairs to have food, i was slightly late, the kitchen was on. So the lady staff there served with frustration and rush. I mean, i'll pay extra, no problem but thi is disrespectful you have to understand the people who have paid extra all thr way, to see your face. And that too, there were still some people having food. Eating alone sometimes invites unnecessary staring which wasn't comfortable for me. Once again, i ignored and only ordered what was allowed. 3. I had some dire situation. So i told manager vaishali, who keeps smiling ( now realising even at your problem, she'll keep laughing thinking that makes someone nice. I expressed my situation and asked to bring food at room. And she agreed yet, honestly, i didn't order anything beyond tea and toast for 2 days. It was only the last day, i couldn't go out, i called her, and then" she denied" i am like" i had requested and it's not possible to come down. I mean i get rules but someone is requesting in advance (dat before i shared the concern, and you are agreeing and later on when the need arrives, you decline. Who will order anything? i just said please bring a paratha. My room is a corner room. I had told all that and she had agreed. Just in last moment, you deny as you wished and mood. Wow. Okay, i didn't say anything. 5. The room landline was disconnected throughout my stay. Yet i cooperated. But suddenly last day, it magically worked! abd then she asks, " mam when are yo leaving" honestly, i was leaving right there, everything was packed. But i came late. Somy checkout was late only. Yet, there was subtle pressure to leave early. I m like, ideally i was supposed to leave by 2: or so. And she bs like, " we are family" i am saying, " just answer ny question. " they went on doing what they had to, i vacated immediately. I told my concerns, she kept laughing. And the other manager was like, " ye apko lag rah hai. Hum toh aise ni hain" guys, as a solo traveler, i can say, if hotels aren't considerate of your feedback, it's not a safe place. I kept asking for clarity, but shr kept laughing and he kept neglecting. And if you are so particular about every minute, then give us the refund as we paid for late checkin. This was added in request. Honestly, even as a single person, i booked triple sharing so i can live peacefully. But the management is super disrespectfu……

Excellent stay, very good hospitality, good location, food and other services as well. 100% value for money
