This was my second visit. When I checked in, I was told that the facilities were broken and I couldn't use the hot springs. "I called several times in advance, but I couldn't get in touch with them." What? I didn't receive any calls.
"What would you like to do?" What? If you cancel on the day, you won't get your money back. I had no choice but to stay. I was given a room key and entered the room, but what? "The bed is an electric bed for nursing care." What? I looked it up online, but there was no mention of it anywhere (´;ω;｀), and the bed was as hard as a wooden floor and narrower than a single room. Well, well, my partner and I compromised and headed to the bath, saying "It happens sometimes." On the way to the bath, it seemed to have deteriorated since the last time we came, and it felt quite old. As for the dinner we were looking forward to... We were shown to our seats, and after placing our cigarettes and tissues as markers, we went to get the buffet, but when we came back, someone else had been shown to and was sitting there (lol) What? What? What? What? Bad things keep happening. Although this was just our experience, I wish we hadn't skimped on the money and gone to Noboribetsu Onsen.

We chose a triple room, and the house was much bigger than I imagined Japanese houses to be. The facilities are quite complete. The dry and wet areas are separated, the bathing space is quite spacious, and the hotel hot spring is also very nice. Breakfast and dinner are also quite rich. Most of the people here are locals, all of whom come here to soak in the hot springs. Classics and shopping are also very close.
