Super location, excellent indoor/outdoor onsen, spotless clean tatami room. All their staffs were friendly and polite. Shared toilet for small room and they were very clean. Luxurious and delicious meals. Love my stay.

The location is very good, the only hot spring hotel in Shirakawa Village. The hotel is very old, and the room I booked should have been renovated and is the best in the village, but compared with the price of 3,400 yuan, the cost performance is extremely low, perhaps because things are scarce and expensive during the snow season. Apart from the location, I don't recommend it overall

A convenient walk away from the bus stop! The place was very clean and peaceful, staff were very friendly as well. I went to the onsen at night and it wasn't crowded at all as most day trippers would have already left.

The room is Japanese style, simple, clean and hygienic. The food in the evening can be described as colorful and beautiful. The location is just below the observation deck and very close to Kanda House. The hot spring is comfortable. Overall score 4.5 recommended
