Very poor service. Unable to buy tickets from Shirakawa-go to Nagoya. No concessions at all when I wanted to check out. Check-out is not allowed.

1⃣️The owner of this B&B is a *** who seriously discriminates against Chinese people! I don’t know why Ctrip allows such merchants to enter the platform and make money from us Chinese tourists. 2⃣️The B&B requires check-in before 21:00, because the location of the hotel in Shangougou is not very clear. I searched for a long time and arrived at the B&B around 21:15. The owner of the B&B prohibited me from checking in and entering his hotel. Homestay. 3⃣️If it’s because I’m late and the staff is off work, or other guests have taken a break and won’t let me check in, I’ll understand. But when I arrived, the owner of the B&B was drinking and chatting with other Japanese, European and American guests in the B&B. They simply refused to check me in. 4⃣️While I was waiting outside the door, I clearly heard the owner of the B&B speaking English to the European and American guests in the store, but when he came out to communicate with me, he used Japanese all the time, pretending that he did not know English. 5⃣️Because it’s Japan’s Bon holiday and it happens to be the weekend, there are no empty hotels nearby. And the place is in a ravine, and it takes more than an hour to drive back to the nearest city. There are warning signs on the roads around here that there will be bears and wolves nearby, but this *** boss has no regard for my life.
