We stayed here for 2 nights on a long weekend, and I can say I would never go back. The room prices are outrageous for the condition of the room. The place needs serious updates, and the rooms smell badly of mildew. The shower curtain rod fell down multiple times while we were in the shower because it wasn't secured to the wall. Luckily, we only had to sleep in the room, so we were not in it a lot.

This place is horrible. Terrible customer service & below basic rooms for ridiculous $. It was like a roadside motel from the 50's with old, crappy rooms/bathrooms - window unit AC, no vanities or amenities at all at a price of nearly $400 a night. Last month we stayed here for a wedding that had a block of rooms. We drove 2 days & arrived the morning of the wedding. Despite these details they refused to give us an early check in. We had to kill 5 hours in the heat & were left with less than an hour to unload car, shower (2 peope), dress (for a formal wedding) & get the shuttle. All they said was, "You should have booked 2 nights".

First time, my daughter and I had a vacation alone. Perfect location off the ocean. A lot of walking distance to go to places. All the employees were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to get the ocean view side

Excellent stay over the July 4th weekend 2025. Nice weather and saw a couple of dolphins in the ocean. The building is getting old and could use some work. Rented a boat at the Boatyard Marina LBI. Experienced the local fireworks at the beach.

Great room facing the beach. Just steps to the sand....Nice room, clean, comfortable, we were on the third floor, no elevator which was is a drawback for us older folk. Loved hearing the sound of the surf while sleeping. They should change the pillows....they are too hard. Would definitely go again.

Overpriced and not a single special thing I could say about it. They also charge 25 to park in their lot. Then they take an extra $100 as some kind of security deposit??? Who ever heard of a hotel taking a security deposit? Then it’s now 12 days later and I still don’t have my $100 back!!! How can that be legal?? I have called three times and if you want a good laugh call them and listen to the double speak they are so good at. C all I the attorneys generals office to complain. Stay away from this place!!!!

This is not the big, fancy hotels that have cropped up recently on the island with roof decks and pool bars. What it is, however, is a family run, friendly place that is right on the beach. easy parking, chairs and beach towels/tags provided, and walkable to great restaurants. the room has a brand new fire TV which is great, and I must add that the bathroom (surprise jetted tub!) was immaculate - one of the cleanest in any hotel or resort I have ever been at.
