Hazuki

湯谷温泉にある小さな旅館。チェックインの際、ロビーに入った瞬間から癒される雰囲気。渓流ぞいの部屋がまた素晴らしい。畳の上に座って窓の外を眺めているだけで時間を忘れる。露天風呂や内風呂に入って、薬膳料理のコースをいただく。心も身体も溶けていくような時間が過ごせます。

静かなところで建物も情緒がありくつろぐことができた。 食事は薬膳で普段なかなか食べないようなスタイルで、とても美味しかった。 旅行となると色々食べすぎてしまうものだが、体に負担をかけない量でちょうど良く、体を休めることができた。 お風呂も個室タイプでゆっくりできた。

I searched for a good hot spring inn in Aichi Prefecture and visited there for two consecutive nights, looking forward to the medicinal dishes. Although the building seemed quite old, the inside was well kept and clean. However, during the coldest period of the year, even though the heating worked in the room, it was extremely cold in the hallways and toilets. The hot spring water had a high iron content and was very similar to the hot spring water in Himi that I had visited before. I had high expectations for the medicinal dishes, but I was completely disappointed. The taste was either too bland or too salty. It was completely different from the delicious medicinal dishes in Taiwan when I was able to travel abroad freely. The good points about the inn are the thorough cleaning and the smiles and kindness of the staff. If it's a good inn, we'll definitely come back again, but unfortunately there won't be a second time.
