森の中にある鄙びた(?)宿です。かなやま湖の帰りに立ち寄り入浴しました。建屋に入って目に入ったのが『「薪」を焚いて温泉を沸かしています』との文字。土地柄間伐材等の入手が容易なのでしょう。この令和の時代に昭和の銭湯みたいに薪を焚いて沸かしていることに驚きです。浴室に小さなサウナはありましたが、露天風呂がないのは残念でした。良く温まり、お茶を頂いて後にしました。
