It wasn't the accommodation I expected, but it was a wonderful trip with a 270-degree surround view, clean rooms, and plenty of things to enjoy. It's a resort I definitely want to return to. I was delighted.

The staff member who helped me check in was the friendliest I've ever had during my trip to Japan.
I couldn't remember his name, but he was a short man with a constant smile.
He helped me check in, and the next day, he was outside helping me escort my car.
I was truly impressed, and that staff member made my Tomamu memories even more positive.
There are only a few restaurants, so for Karaku, you can sign up for a wait and check your queue at the hotel with a QR code.
You can easily catch the shuttle to see the Unkai (water crater) at dawn.
The Water Church is truly beautiful, and I'm glad I stayed at the resort.
I usually recommend Nininupuri for breakfast, but the quality of the food at other restaurants near the Water Church seems similar.
I was assigned to the 25th floor, which was a great view and spacious.

淡季性價比超高！環境很美，早餐很棒，接駁巴士去度假村內其他地方都很方便。新千歲機場接機和去旭川的巴士也解決了我們的交通問題。
唯一美中不足的是用郵件溝通巴士停靠站問題時，工作人員不熟悉情況給了錯誤提示，有點影響我們的行程安排。
其他都很好，下次還會再來z
