I went there in winter. There are indoor walkways connecting the facilities, so I could walk and enjoy the snow, which was great. There are also shuttle buses between facilities so you don't have to walk. I had buffet dining hal + forest restaurant nininupri for breakfast. The food was delicious with a lot of choices. There was salmon roe rice, which was quite fresh. The restaurant in forest has many window seats. You can have breakfast while looking at the snowy forest view through the floor-to-ceiling glass. It is a great breakfast experience. For lunch, I had Hoshino's seafood gin. The sea urchin was very sweet and the fried salmon was surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend it. We had dinner at an izakaya, it was just average. The ice village is beautiful and suitable for checking in. It's a pity that the Water Church was closed for two days due to heavy snow. The ski coaches at the Snow Academy are very professional. We went skiing for the first time in our lives and were able to take the cable car from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain accompanied by the coaches. The snow sea platform is beautiful. We played paid rafting in the outdoor centre. All in all, I like Hoshino very much and I would like to come again.

The hotel service is good. After getting off the JR station, there are staff at the station to help deliver the luggage to the hotel. The passenger shuttle bus is also nearby. The hotel room was just okay but at the price I expected more. Although the hotel lobby provides free drinks every day, basic water is not provided in the rooms. The ski courses we attend fill up quickly, so we should take corresponding measures during the peak season. The hotel restaurant is generally good. The igloo is smaller in size and there are fireworks shows every night, but they only last 2-3 minutes.

Except that the hotel is a bit old, everything else is really complete, it is very suitable for families, and the view outside the room is amazing! The play experience is also great! Very orderly...It's just a pity that the weather is not very good, so I didn't get to take the cable car to see the view of the Cloud Restaurant. I hope I can have a chance to go again next time... The restaurant is average, it would be better if there were more varieties. As for the Smiling Beach, Water Church, and Ice and Snow World, there are free shuttle buses to pick up and drop off, which is quite convenient
