房間裝修衞生設施都可以，入住時已經提前開好空調，房間很暖和。不足之處是作為酒店的隔音不太好，特別是門的密封不行，凌晨對面房間的電視聲音還聽得到。 前台感覺服務沒有多主動熱情，早餐有中西餐兩種可以選，味道和分量都可以。 另外酒店和滑雪場是連通的，滑雪就很方便。

I came with my children and chose this hotel with the most comprehensive facilities. On the first day, the hotel front desk added WeChat to remind me of travel precautions. There will be detailed guidance on where to go in the hotel. The service in the restaurant is also very good. You can have a meal at two o'clock in the afternoon. Opposite the hotel is Gongga Snow Mountain. I happened to see the sunset when I came here. I went to the top of the mountain the next day and was so beautiful.

房間大，很乾凈，送的湯鍋也很好吃，工作人員熱情態度好，唯一不足的是早餐是冷的，希望改進。想説的是這個景區在運營上確實有些問題，應對突**況準備不足，導致今天很多遊客有情緒，雖然問題本身和酒店無關，但始終背後是一家公司在運營，感覺景區管理，酒店，滑雪場，觀光車隊各自為政，沒有一個統一的調度，絕美的景緻也需要配備一流的管理，希望以後越來越好，不要辜負如此天賜美景。

環境優美，服務周到

居然沒有電視頻道可以看，晚上太無聊，這個價位相比服務和設施都不值。早餐晚餐尚可。

房間寬敞、舒適，工作人員專業、服務意識和態度都非常好。住了兩晚，雖然是大霧天，沒能看見日照金山，早上就有工作人員提醒，山上下雪了，在怪樹林可以欣賞到了霧凇。到達怪樹林後，發現不僅有霧凇 ，還可以欣賞到冰淞，真是天地造化，可遇不可求的上天的贈予，感覺這比觀賞到日照金山更加的不易。如果有機會，春天要去欣賞林子裏的杜鵑花。
