Mijia Inn is a very nice place close to the Shilin stone forest. The room is very clean and the woman in charge speaks English. Good Wifi!

Beautiful accommodation very close to the stone forest! Bear in mind that the stone forest is quite far away from Kunming though! Lovely hosts who were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Very clean and well heated.

It was amazing to stay in Mijia Inn. It is very peaceful, very close to the stone forest. There is not much life around in the village but maybe it is because i went in low season. I would definitely stay again, thank you!!

We stopped there on our way from Kunming to Yuanyang to split the trip and to enjoy the silver stone forest. Such a good pick we had by choosing the Mijia Inn! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the silver stone forest entrance (~5km). The rooms are nice, well equipped, clean and the beds comfortable. We even had a balcony with seats to rest in. The common places are also very nice. There is at least one good restaurant nearby (as we only tried this one), along the main road; and a 7/11 equivalent just facing the house. The young lady managing the house speaks English; she's very nice and helpful. Definitely the place to stop when sleeping in Shilin!

Very good value ! It’s clean and comfy, shower is good. Unfortunately the windows are not thick so you can hear loud people outside and some crazy dogs.

The room was very cost effective and simple. There was an adjoining bathroom/shower that you reached via an outdoor balcony which was rather pleasant. It was a little difficult to find and because we were visiting in the winter time the room was a bit cold without heat. It was a little isolated but serene as it was the off season and located in a smaller village. The owner was very kind and helped us settle in.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Her English helped us to communicate easily.

Great location just a short bus ride to the Shilin AAAAA Park. The bus stop is very close to Mijia Inn. On the same street are several places to eat, and around the corner is a shop to purchase snacks, drinks, etc. The room is spacious and very clean, with good air-con... it was very hot when we visited! Downstairs is a cafe with very good coffee and nice ambience. The owner is friendly, and altough she does not speak English, she is patient with my (very poor) Chinese, and she helped us to find the grocery shop, etc. In the room, there are slippers, shampoo, etc, and the hot water pressure is excellent. A very relaxing, quiet, and clean place to stay if you are visiting the rock forest or the nearby caves. It is a good value for the price.

Clean and sanitary, hot water temperature is suitable, the boss lady is very nice, and the recommended Xiaoqing food is also delicious. It is also close to the scenic area and goes directly to the north gate of Shilin. You can save the cost of buying a battery car

The price is affordable, the room is clean, there is air conditioning, the shower is convenient, and there is plenty of hot water. The boss is very enthusiastic.

The inn is not far from the Stone Forest Scenic Area. It is a small village where tourists gather. The decoration of the inn is very unique and the proprietress is very enthusiastic. There is a public kitchen area, but you need to discuss with the owner and pay a little fee for cooking.
