Good location and facilities. Food was below average standard for a Japanese ryokan. Beef and seafood were not good.

Bathroom shower tap no water pressure and no hot water

The view from the room is beautiful. There is a drink service in the lobby and a shuttle service to the bus stop.

The inn is located at the highest point of the stone steps of Ikabo Onsen, and the room offers a view of the scenery down the mountain. Although old, but still well maintained, staff service attitude is good, the lobby has free coffee, tea and other drinks. It's a pity that I went to the wrong open-air hot spring because I didn't listen to the staff's introduction.
