Our group booked a total of three rooms, which were upgraded and arranged together. I felt the enthusiasm of the front desk girls when I entered the hotel. I really wanted to write a good review. But after we checked in, we found that the shower in one of the rooms was broken. The water was small and cold, and only a little bit warm. After the problem was reported to the front desk, the front desk helped to call an aunt to check it. At this time, it was a mysterious operation to find an aunt who didn't understand hardware. After the aunt came in to check, she could still say that the shower was good and there was no problem. If we hadn't booked three rooms, I would have almost believed it with the comparison of the other two. One of the friends had already taken a cold shower. The front desk was slow to help solve this problem. There was no immediate help to change the room and no engineer to help repair it. We had to take a shower when we just rushed back to the hotel after the sea. We could only go to the next door friend's room to take a shower. . After we solved it by ourselves and left the hotel to go out for dinner, the late solution came out and said that we could change rooms. . There was no need to change rooms at this time. I suffered a loss in silence and was angry because of the aunt's ignorance and stubbornness. This trip was bound to have an unpleasant episode.
