Overall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price.

仿徽派建築的園林式酒店，環境很好。我們住的一室別墅很寬敞。游完響堂山住在這裏，方便第二天去媧皇宮，開車十分鐘就能到。馬路對面是赤水灣古鎮，辦完酒店入住後可刷臉免費進入古鎮。缺點：設施有點老舊，餐飲差強人意。沒找到冰箱。陽台和院子擺個茶桌椅多好。

套房非常大，住的頂層，挑高可觀，孩子很方便跑動。陽台通透，可以圍爐煮茶一覽風景。酒店後面有一個花園，風景非常好，牆裂推薦，上拍照很出片！不足是地毯很臟，窗簾拉不嚴，早晨很早屋子就亮了，睡得很不爽。浴缸放水超級超級慢，慢到盆裏的水都涼了，還沒裝到浴缸的一半水。特別要説的是，這個酒店的早餐，可能是因為五一假期的緣故，地下都是水和油，餐盤裡都是水，咖啡杯和碗要了才給一個，也是後廚現刷的，加塞的客人到處都是，沒有服務人員維持秩序，煎蛋的服務人員一邊接電話一邊工作……到處混亂！晚餐也不要在這個酒店吃，我們點了一個毛血旺，服務員上錯了桌，這桌客人將錯就錯夾了菜，我都看在了眼裡，服務員核對訂單發現錯了，把這個菜端到了一個空桌，放了兩分鐘，直接端給了我，真是不知道怎麼評價這酒店了！總之，住店可以，吃飯還是不要選這裏了。

房間在赤水灣古鎮裏面，環境沒得説，漂亮，古鎮晚上10點就閉園了、晚上休息也很安靜，床特別舒服。出入刷臉也很方便，可以在古鎮裏面吃各種小吃，房間也是智能管理，很方便。

酒店對面就是水鎮，贈門票，但是三月不建議去，都是小飛蟲，水鎮百分之99都不營業，還沒去的就過過再去吧，連吃的都沒有，酒店衹有早餐，晚餐開車去銅鑼灣廣場去吃8，酒店環境還行，廁所洗浴的門設計的不是很合理，不方便。陽台這個季節也不要開，全是小飛蟲。酒店早餐還行，主要是餐廳服務人員的熱情，感覺挺好。期待下次再來吧。
