The proprietor could not have been more welcoming & attentive. The King Suite was clean & comfortable & well-appointed. We could walk to Ventura Blvd & easily drive to places beyond. We would happily return & highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Amy and Trish were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and local advice. The breakfasts were amazing and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements, going above and beyond. The suite was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including appliances and cutlery, teas, etc. The outside space was also wonderful for enjoying the California sunshine in the mornings. Thank you all for a fantastic stay.

Amy was a wonderful host...very friendly, always available but not intrusive. She provided a delicious breakfast daily. My wife and I were very pleased. Great neighborhood...walking distance from many shops and restaurants.

If world means heaven this is slice of them..!! the place is fantastic. is not the regular B&B is a family home that bring you in, my wife and myself used as honeymoon, spotless. clean , great ambiance and plenty room for rest, very quiet and Amy and Shay Ray are the best host, they give us rose flowers and invite my guest for a breakfast. my girl was so overwhelmed for the service that we decide back next year for anniversary, Thanks Gus and Thi..!!

The hosts; Amy and Shay made my first trip to LA wonderful! I stayed way back in Feb 2016, for 3/4 nights. Their home is gorgeous; spacious, clean & comfortable rooms, welcoming kitchen/diner. There's an extra treat of a swimming pool and hot tub - perfect after a long day of exploring LA. The breakfasts were amazing - you won't go hungry - there was plenty to choose from and more! There was also bottled water in my room, and snacks! Amy & Shay were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and chatty with nothing being any trouble. I was travelling solo, and I felt that I was in safe hands which makes a big difference when you're somewhere you've never been to. Next time I'm in LA I'll be staying at here, I thoroughly recommend staying at Sweet Dreams.

This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming.
There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning!

Really nice place to stay
Really nice place in a quiet neighbourhood, Amy (owner) is very sweet and will do her best to make you feel welcome. The place is a good base for all sightseeing in LA. Thumbs up from me.
