The hotel is not far from Universal Studios in Los Angeles. The rooms are spacious and clean. The American breakfast is good, with peanut butter. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for driving. There is COSTCO about a 10-minute walk away. There are also fast food restaurants and roadside car stalls. I ordered beef fried rice for about $22, which tasted very good! It is very convenient to go to Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, but I don't know if it is newly renovated or something else. The smell in the corridor is a bit obvious. The coffee bar always supplies and provides hot water. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite Target, and there is 88 Chinese restaurant next door. I ordered barbecued pork fried rice in the evening. It tastes good, and there's an American breakfast shop called Danny's diagonally across the street, which is very convenient.
The parking lot is large, and there are two gas stations at the intersection, but I found a lower one on GMAP.
