Fairfield Inn & Suites Sheridan

Pool heater was broken. Kiddos attempted to go for it anyway…didn’t last long. No bueno. Cleanliness was an issue pretty much everywhere. Terrible construction/quality. Shower leaked all over the floor. Room shook when others closed their door and outside door. Light poured into room through/around black out curtains. Won’t be staying there again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient access to downtown. Comfortable stay for business or leisure. Highly recommended

Great place to stay while we were on our way to South Dakota for vacation. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Bathroom was AWESOME!

Hotel stairways are often indicative of how welll maintained the property is. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The coffee was excellent- no need to seek out a coffee shop after we checked out. Breakfast included several healthy options - fresh fruit and real oatmeal without added sugar and flavorings. For those on the go, refrigerated breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved were available. Check-in staff very friendly and heloful.

NO HOT WATER! And the front desk girl was straightforward in a rude kind of way. I can appreciate that but there was no kindness or hospitality what so ever. She came right out and said your room isn’t ready and didn’t seem to care then went right in with and we have no hot water. At that point we should have said we will go else where. We should have asked to be put up in another hotel. Please learn from our mistake. And when you book through a third party the hotel won’t do anything for you! We were being positive because the girl said it wouldn’t be long. So we unpacked and waited 5 hours and still no hot water. Definitely should have called our third party so they could have transferred us to another hotel before we unpacked. Hope this helps other travels so they don’t make the same mistake. One would think a Marriott property would have a front desk person that could show a bit more hospitality to tired travelers. She spoke to us like unruly children. And it wasn’t because she had a tough day. It was definitly her personality. Anyway we stayed and showered in the morning after listening to the plumber until around midnight. He literally was outside our window. Something to write home about.

The shower is a hazard in our room you had to reach over to the control so if the water is hot your half to step in to reach the control and the door leaked water on the floor so the towel you put down to step out of the shower was soaked an when you open the hinged door to get out the water on the door runs down on the floor nice motel but shower wasn’t engineered well
