We loved our free cookies when entering this expansive hotel. The people at the desk were so friendly. We enjoyed free hot breakfast for three mornings, had a beautiful suite where we could work, eat, and sleep. Close to the action and near the downtown Sheridan area.

Stayed one night visiting family. Hotel sits on a hill so beautiful views. Our room faced the road so we could see the mountains in the distance. Comfortable rooms, breakfast is always a nice convenience. We didn't have time to check out the pool or any other amenities. Would stay again.

Be very careful when making reservations at this very basic Hampton Inn! This hotel will attempt to add unauthorized charges including cancellation insurance and other undescribed fees that double the rate shown on line. My credit card that I used to hold the reservation was charged as a prepayment when I challenged the unauthorized cancellation fee. We have reported this hotel to BBB. There are much better hotels in Sheridan.

This visit was for a much-needed family getaway. We planned on hanging out at the pool, enjoying the hot tub, and generally just relaxing for most of our stay. So when I booked the room 3 days before our arrival I made sure to ask if the pool and hot tub were both working and I was assured that they were. We arrived and the desk clerk was not pleasant at all. We went to our room and it was okay, then we decided to check out the pool and hot tub before unloading everything. Pool seemed to be fine but the hot tub was not even at bath water temperature. Terrible. When we went to the front desk to ask the clerk about it we waited there for nearly 20 minutes with no one in sight. I finally called the hotel from my cell phone and she answered. She actually seemed put out that we were even asking about such a thing but said she would have someone adjust it but it would take a while to warm up. Her demeanor was so off-putting, like we were asking for a limb, and we decided on the spot to leave. We are Hilton honors members and very loyal to the brand but will not be back to this establishment.

Great Stop for Families, but Note the Car Charger
We stayed here with our family during a cross-country road trip and it was exactly what we needed — clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was great too, with warm and cold options that got us ready for the day.
One thing to be aware of: we specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised car charger, but unfortunately the chargers are only for Teslas. I was really hoping to charge my car overnight and was in a bind when I couldn’t, especially since options are limited in Wyoming.
Overall, though, it was a good stay and we appreciated the friendly service.

The building was completely renovated, in 2024 and it is definitely the best option in my opinion, the rooms are very beautiful, spacious and colorful, the pool is a complete beauty, the lobby part is also very beautiful, it has a very large breakfast room.

Decent hotel for a reasonable price
Nice hotel, and comfortable room, and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There were dirty footprints still there from the previous occupant.
