Seaview Hotels in Shenzhen

Located right beside a mall so it makes it extremely convenient for someone new to the country to figure out the whole paying system and what not. Also has a few restaurants and coffee shops. Resorted to MacDonald’s when I’m sick of the food. Has a laundry (2 machines) that is free with detergent and fabric softeners. Only weak side is their staff doesn’t speak any English so a bit difficult to ask for information.

Hotel is old and lack facilities of the newer hotel. But we are there for the location. Had good breakfast in the hotel. Overall still a good experience.

Fast check with friendly person. We also communicate by wechat. The apartment is good have nice view. The apartment have some amenities. But have not kitchen accessories, mosquitoes machine, board and iron. For me this apartment is good choice with these amenities will okay.

Hotel location is bit out of the way to town or tourists attractions but there’s train stations just right in-front of the hotel very convenient. The hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful as well as the housekeepers, you can get all your necessary amenities with excellent services. Room is clean, comfy, spacious and of all grading perfect 10 out of 10 for aroma smell which just great for non-smokers who got disturbed my smoking smell, more than expectation. Hotel design with library concept at their lobby is cool, and good space to enjoy their cafe services . Some dishes of their Chinese style breakfast is great to try too.

We booked the Leisure Bath Enjoyment Double Bed Room (with Sitting Area, Mobile Screen Casting) for about $666 hkd. A simple room for a one night accommodation which is not bad, as I have seen dirtier hotels. We chose this hotel mainly because we booked last minute, our original booking for another provider was cancelled. As such, most of the hotels were over $800hkd so we decided to give this hotel a try. Given the price and we are aware this is not like a 4star or 5star hotel our review is not comparing to a 4star or 5star hotel. The room itself was overall very clean and tidy. However, common area such as our floor 14 is full of smoking smell although it says no smoking. They also have a room on the 14th floor for laundry which has two washers and one dryer (self-serve). The room itself is unfurnished so it’s like an abandoned room with the machines in the middle of the room. My kids would like to make a compliment how the hotel offers free peppa pig to watch while the other hotels we stayed in require extra fees to pay. I would say good for a one night accommodation for a family of four. Clean and has everything, spacious. The bathtub’s water goes very slow and the water isn’t very hot. So by the time we fill the tub its temperature is warm (suitable for children, but may not for adults). The hotel also provided a one time disposable cover for the bathtubs for hygienes. The toilet is multifunction ones with cleaning and warm seat. However, to get to the toilet section you have to bypass the shower section. So it would be sort of wet and messy if someone has just taken a shower and another person that is dry has to go through the shower in order to get to the toilet section. The hotel is in a neighbourhood. Not really close to any malls. However it is considered convenient for those who doesn’t have really young kids and uses railway as main method of transportation. It’s about 15min taxi ride from Huaqiangbei north area and the WangTee mall. Service was awesome and with late check out available. The robot delivered our food delivery to us.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Steven is very attentive and makes sure we get our breakfast every morning, he also assisted me with sending my massive luggage back home. The best butler service. Breakfast is delicious and deliveries are fast from the restaurant! Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The downstairs is Yantian Seafood🦀🦞🦑🐟🥢😋 Street, and there are many food restaurant options nearby🤟🏻. ⭐️The hotel 🏨 has been newly opened for half a year, the room environment is very clean and well managed 👍🏻🤭 ⭐️There is a female staff member named Zhao at the front desk. Her attitude is friendly and worthy of praise👍🏻😊 ⭐️Sea view terrace room is recommended to move in👍🏻🤭

A very satisfying stay experience! 1. The hotel's software and hardware exceeded expectations, with astronomical features, close to attractions, and excellent service. Highly recommended; 2. When I checked in on the first day of the ***** New Year, the hotel sent small fireworks for the children to set off, and also set off big ones🎆. It has been a long time since fireworks were banned, and adults couldn’t help but take videos; 3. The hotel telescope saw Jupiter and its two satellites. My brother said that if you look at the full moon, you can see the moon very clearly; 4. Maybe because I met the boss, he gave the child a red envelope and two brand-new 10-yuan notes; 5. It is also more convenient to get to the observatory from the hotel. You can walk to the seaside. You can walk down the seaside plank road from the observatory. The seaside scenery is very good! As a person who has requirements for staying in hotels when traveling, I really like this hotel. I never forget to write a guide. I hope it will be helpful to everyone!

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door.
