Hotels in Dongmen Commercial Area, Shenzhen

Wonderful service, initially booked one night to trial out, extended for an extra 3, as there was a slight smell of smoke even though it’s meant to be smoke free hotel, Leo and his colleagues let me select my new room. Right next to metro station Lao Jie, pedestrian street, Macdonald across the road to help you find the hotel as the side entrance is right next to Sunning electrical shop. The bigger rooms have their own washing machine in the rooms, along with a drying pole set up by the window. Didn’t try out the  breakfast it’s usually 40rmb for buffet they offered me 1rmb to add it on the morning if I wanted it. A selection of coffee and herbal teas at the reception. Very clean and very quiet, no busy hotel morning door slamming, although I did experience some noise at 2am, maybe some worker was repairing something along the corridor. There’s also a mini kitchen with rice cooker, full size fridge and other amenities, welcome drinks in the fridge, usually don’t use the hotel shampoo but this shampoo is conditioner was really good, didn’t dry out my hair. The bed is super big and comfy and lovely sofa with a communal lounge in the middle of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is situated in one of the best locations. It’s close to the street food market, many attractions, and all the stores anyone would need. The breakfast was ok and the service was excellent. The hotel does your laundry for free! The only issue is that the WiFi was slow and intermittently working, but I found that to be typical throughout my visits to many places across China. We would definitely book again.

Hotel is located right across a wet market, very busy and lots of construction all around. Room is spacious, with a kitchenette and sofa sitting area. Furniture especially the sunken sofa is rather dated. The wooden toilet door is rather awkward as it opens inwards taking up space to get to the WC. Although old, the facilities and amenities work well. The spaciousness is worth the rate paid.

Hotel is strategically and conveniently located with malls and 2 train stations for Line 1 and Line 9 within walking distance. The staff are professional and polite. The lobby is filled with a delightful fragrance that is fresh, clean, and uplifting, setting a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. Inside the room, the air feels crisp and neutral, completely odorless, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the beechwood incense offers a subtle, soothing scent that adds warmth to the room. Air conditioner operates quietly, with no disruptive noises or sounds, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful environment. The air itself remains fresh and clean throughout the stay. The shower area is generously spacious, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The water temperature is perfectly regulated, providing a wonderfully comfortable and refreshing experience. Hotel breakfast are awesome with a wide variety of food selections. Overall, this stay has been extremely satisfying, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and tranquility.

The hotel is at a good location, but harder to find as there's another sister hotel on the main road. The Didi app didn't have the hotel listed on the map, but listed their sister hotel on the main road. The front desk girl was helpful and friendly and was check-in quickly. The room is clean. The only con on the stay is that it is noisy as there's a KTV next door and you can hear muffle songs/music at night. They provided earplugs in the room which help drown out the noise. I would stay again.

The staff is warm and thoughtful. They provide smiling service from check-in to check-out, actively provide help, and are very efficient. It makes you feel at home! Environment ”The room is spacious and bright, with brand new and complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, and a good sleep all night.

Was staying this hotel with my family during my trip to SZ. Strategic location as it has many shops nearby and the most important is the subway station is just right in front of this hotel (50m away). Toilet and cleanliness acceptable, got mini gym room, reload card washing machine. Overall this hotel is ok for this budget.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. Here are some highlights The hotel is conveniently located near major transport links, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was a definite plus. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. It featured modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and a nice view of the city skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected without any issues. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception was always ready to help with any inquiries or requests. The hotel offers a range of facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant. I enjoyed breakfast, which had a decent variety of options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. My stay at Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel was enjoyable. It provided good value for money, considering the location and quality of service. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially for business trips or short stays.

Long time not being in SZ! Chose Atour to settle myself after a long day art show preparation. It is located with some commercial buildings, with a beautiful 24 hours library at the ground floor. Warm welcome from the Front office staffs and upgraded. Stunning view from a high floor suite with bathtub and some nice Chinese tea. Breakfast is satisfied, fresh made Cantonese rice roll with egg and spring onion is delightful. Love to recommend this nice Atour to any business and couple travelers to Shenzhen!
