Hotels in Huanggang Port and Futian Port, Shenzhen

Great convenient location near the SZ Exhibition center. Love the modern and sleek interiors as well. Clean and homey feel. Gyms also have solo rooms for treadmills which is a unique touch for travelers privacy. Cool there’s free food buffet also at night with a coupon from 930-1030pm.

We stayed at this hotel for our two day flight transfer in Shenzhen. All staff here were very friendly, nice, polite and helpful. We can't read Chinese but can speak basic Mandarin and conversational Cantonese. On the day of our check-out, the front desk receptionist, Xie Zhiju helped us to hail a taxi from the main street and direct it for pick up at the hotel's entrance as we were travelling with a few big luggages. Her service deserves a 5 star. Other front desk receptionists were very helpful too but unfortunately, we do not know their names. This hotel's location is central and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel also provides various small/lights snacks and drinks at their reception/lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby which is convenient for meals anytime of the day. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

Very good location! Breakfast table staff (a lady who’s always there) is very friendly and helpful :) the hotel robot is so smart and always busy sending “grab food” to room guests- always bump into him haha. Room is good; free laundry and a small gym is available too. Breakfast is fine with very nice soy milk! Thank you for the good service Miss Xiao Chen and also a complement to the staff lady at the breakfast table :) (too bad I didn’t ask for her name)

Good location, high value. For food delivery, they mix up block A and Block B and caused delivery error Need to state clearly as the room actually placed at block B even though check in lobby from block A. The only drawback is the shower drainage a bit stuck but it don't cause problem. Will come again.

A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient. 办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！

Stayed for 2 nights. For first impression, photos from trip com do not quite match the reality. The hotel facilities are a bit old. For example, both bathroom & toilet handles were broken. Breakfasts were simple, mostly Chinese style, and no too many variety of dishes. There’s a self service laundry room at each floor, but a washer/dryer was broken and I had to go to upper floor. But guys at reception were very friendly. The location is good - 7/11 nearby and local shopping center with lots of small restaurants, bubble tea, etc. Thank you.

Location was ok, 10ish minutes for taxi to get to futian high speed rail station or the futian shore port. Less than 10 mins to get to Coco park. Good food selections nearby. Downside is sometimes the corridors will have a faint sewage scent, not sure if the pipes are bit old. Very friendly staffs, especially staff number 4. There was an incident where the staff were taking photos/video of our children when presenting them with gifts. We asked them not to post/share after and they were very courteous and deleted the photos immediately which we felt well respected.

The location of this hotel is simply excellent, right next to the Gangsha Metro Station, and it's only a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get around; the room is super clean, the sheets and covers are as white as new ones, and it makes you feel super at ease; there are all kinds of food and shopping around, with food streets and excellent centers, and you can buy and eat whatever you want; the facilities in the room are also complete, with air conditioning and refrigerators, and you can drink water and drinks as you like; I also want to praise Xiaojing, the service is really unparalleled, enthusiastic and thoughtful, making people not want to leave, and I strongly recommend it!

This hotel is located a convenient location to cross Huanggang Port to enter Hong Kong. The overall stay was OK but was not what I expected of a 4-star hotel. The room was not as clean - with dust on the floor and fur/hair/dust on bed items like bed sheets and pillow covers. For a person with bad dust allergies, I asked the reception if we can have cleaning service to clean or a different room but they could not accommodate because the cleaning lady was not here. We ended up changing bed sheets and cover ourselves, and having to find the cleaning lady ourself the next day for room cleaning. Shoutouts to the cleaning lady, who had been friendly and helpful! No follow up from the reception staff the next day or throughout the stay at all. They also did not go over any amenities which I could use for free at my check-in at all. I never figured out where the laundry room was, which should be free per trip.com. How dare the staff asked for a good review on trip.com at checkout when you didn’t even provide a good service…
