Beautiful and clean room, wonderful location, super comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Literally every single request you might have would be taken care of. Wonderful view to the Shenzhen Futian skyline. Really close to the Futian checkpoint. Totally recommend!

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

Good location, high value. For food delivery, they mix up block A and Block B and caused delivery error Need to state clearly as the room actually placed at block B even though check in lobby from block A. The only drawback is the shower drainage a bit stuck but it don't cause problem. Will come again.

Very good location! Breakfast table staff (a lady who’s always there) is very friendly and helpful :) the hotel robot is so smart and always busy sending “grab food” to room guests- always bump into him haha. Room is good; free laundry and a small gym is available too. Breakfast is fine with very nice soy milk! Thank you for the good service Miss Xiao Chen and also a complement to the staff lady at the breakfast table :) (too bad I didn’t ask for her name)

A modern and clean hotel with a spacious, well-lit room and an amazing city view. One of the highlights was the food delivery robot — very convenient! The location is excellent, with direct access to the metro station without even leaving the building. —————— 这是一家现代且干净的酒店，房间宽敞明亮，拥有绝佳的城市景观。送餐机器人是亮点，非常方便！酒店位置非常优越，楼下就是地铁站，出门都不用，直接就能搭乘地铁。

The hotel is situated atop a 44-floor complex that includes a shopping center and offices. Unfortunately, there are only four elevators to serve the entire building, which makes waiting times excruciatingly long, especially during office hours and lunch breaks. The elevators stop at nearly every floor, making it a frustrating experience whether you're heading up or down. This was the only significant negative during my stay. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming compared to another 5 stars property which cost twice as much. However, they seemed quite young and lacked in-depth knowledge about the city. This seems to be a common trend in many hotels I've stayed at across China, as most staff members are not locals and come from other cities or provinces. Despite this, their warmth and willingness to help made up for the lack of local expertise.

”The location is quite good, with shopping centres nearby. While there aren’t as many food options compared to other areas, it was still convenient enough. The hotel has a pleasant environment, though the corridor design was a bit confusing at first. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

Centrally located near my business places, at the heart of Shenzhen CBD in Futian District. Many restaurants, convenience stores surrounding. A bit far from subway station. Staffs are very friendly and informative. Overall of hotel is very clean plus the nice aroma. Breakfast is also provided with limited choices but reasonable for the price. Room is tidy and comfortable, really enjoy the shower facilities.

Overall was very good .The rooms renovated beautifully and big enough.Very near futian station.The staff serves us very well The only weakness is the bed a little bit smelly and I feel itchy sleep on it. I believe the bedsheet was washed cleanly maybe the bed or pillow itself was used by previous tenants who sweated on it..The pillow are the beautiful photo
