Amazing hotel with so many services included in your room: breakfast, free laundry as much as you want, free coffee from barista at checkout, free drinks at reception, etc. Super value from money! If you come from overseas and want to do shopping on TAOBAO, no problem at all, deliver to the hotel in advance and they will keep all your parcels. If it is an expensive item, they can also keep it at the reception safe for you. The staff is super friendly, always helpful, smiling, just very genuine and nice people. Book with your eyes closed, this hotel is just amazing, and with great service that does not come so often these days sadly. It’s also very conveniently placed with access to two mrt stations…Highly recommended!

This is our first time staying at Intercity SZ(深圳福田皇岗城际酒店) and surprisingly the experience is unexpectedly good. We reserved 2 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 1030am on 30/8/2025. We paid around $240 for upgrading to a better room on the 16th floor. Our observations and comments are as follows: 1. Early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 1030am and can offer a room within 15 minutes. 2. Late check-out is offered though we do not insist. 3. Transparent pricing table 4. Nice buffet breakfast For improvement; the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and weak. Otherwise, it would rate higher. All in all, 深圳福田皇岗城际酒店 has a high CP value. Particularly thanks to Aurora 小袁 for her excellent hospitality.

Staying at Qiuguo Hotel this autumn, I was utterly charmed and soothed by its perfect seasonal beauty. Golden ginkgo leaves adorned the entrance, and the morning breeze, laden with the sweet scent of osmanthus, enveloped me, making it feel as if autumn itself was there to greet me. The guest rooms are elegantly furnished and have a cozy, inviting feel. The natural wood tones beautifully complement the vibrant autumn colors outside the window. Waking up to gentle natural light in the morning, I could see branches heavy with autumn fruits through the window – it truly felt like stepping into an oil painting. The thoughtful details truly stood out: a warming Hubei crabapple tea served as a welcome drink, and the bedding was crisp, fresh, and smelled subtly of sunshine. What I loved most was the design of the hotel lobby. Sitting there in the afternoon, slowly savoring a freshly brewed coffee and watching fallen leaves dance like butterflies outside, time itself seemed to slow to a gentle stroll. The staff's smiles were as warm as the autumn sun, and every greeting was accompanied by just the right amount of thoughtful care. This isn't just a stopover on a journey; it's a sanctuary that encapsulates the romance of autumn. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality and natural beauty – you'll surely find it as unforgettable as I did.

The cleanliness was excellent. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service staff were also very warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. It's conveniently located very close to the subway station, making it super easy to get to Futian Checkpoint. Even when returning late at night from Hong Kong, a taxi from Huanggang quickly got us back to the hotel.

We booked a cinema room, which felt quite spacious upon entering. However, the bed was a bit small, and the duvet easily slipped off. The window was an internal one, opening up to pillars or similar structures, but on the plus side, we didn't have to worry about outside noise. The projector was just mediocre; the brightness wasn't very high, and the clarity was just average. Most critically, it wasn't aligned with the screen, and the aspect ratio felt off, indicating it hadn't been properly adjusted. Still, it was watchable, and we mostly spent our time watching animations. Eventually, we just connected our own laptop to play games. The sound system, though, was quite good. The only issue with the room was the lack of a proper table. While sitting on the sofa, only one side had a small end table for placing items, so the other person had to use their suitcase for their water and snacks. Another issue was that my partner preferred not to use the hotel's laundry facilities, and after hand-washing clothes, there was nowhere suitable to hang them to dry. We resorted to laying a bath towel inside the wardrobe and hanging clothes there after partially drying them with a portable dryer. While I felt this wasn't the most ideal solution on our part, we had no other option. The soundproofing in the cinema room was quite good overall. However, corridor noise was still audible near the door, especially when kids were yelling. We also noticed that slamming doors in other rooms would transmit sounds through wall vibrations, which is admittedly hard to tackle. Perhaps adding sound-dampening strips to the door frame could help improve this. Right after entering the room, we found an insect. We weren't sure where it came from, but when we swatted it, it ended up smeared on the duvet, so we had to request a replacement. We really didn't expect to find an insect on such a high floor. The hairdryer looked quite old; its folding clasp was broken, so it wouldn't stay in position, and we had to hold it manually. The airflow was also quite weak. The smart toilet was quite novel, but we couldn't figure out how to use it properly, and the bidet function seemed to splash water everywhere. After trying it once, we didn't dare use it again. The sink's pop-up stopper got stuck when pressed down. We even had to call the front desk to check it out, only to discover there was a lever behind the faucet. I had looked around for a mechanism but never imagined it would be hidden behind the tap. The hotel is located on the 10th floor of Block A, Jinzhonghuan Building. The building experiences extremely high foot traffic daily, making elevator waits a real hassle. During peak hours, we typically waited 10 to 20 minutes on average, and even during off-peak times, it was usually around five minutes. It was rare to get an elevator quickly. Eventually, we got too lazy to go out for meals and just ordered takeout. Parking is available in the building's own lot, and the hotel offers reimbursement. You simply add the hotel on WeChat and send a screenshot of your parking payment receipt. The reimbursement was processed immediately after sending the screenshot, which was very efficient. Overall, it's a hotel with decent value for money in downtown Shenzhen. It's still worth considering, provided you can overlook the issue of elevator waits.

The room facilities are brand new, featuring AI voice control. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, offering amenities like a 'Vitamin C station' and comforting late-night congee. Complimentary in-room beverages were also a nice touch. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to the National Exhibition Center and Zhuoyue Center, both within easy walking distance. Public transport access is excellent, with multiple subway lines nearby. Line 11 offers a direct connection to the airport, which is extremely convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

VERY NOISY CONSTRUCTION SITES NEARBY! This was my first time visiting Shenzhen, and the location of this hotel is excellent – right in between Nanshan and Futian, making it quick and convenient to get around the city. It’s also only about 10 minutes away from the Futian Port, which makes it very easy to head into Hong Kong. The staff were friendly, though they don’t speak English. That wasn’t really a problem, but worth noting. A ¥500 deposit was required on arrival, which I hadn’t expected, but it was refunded within 2 hours of checking out. One downside is the ongoing construction around the hotel. Our first room faced the construction site and was extremely noisy. I asked to change rooms, and the reception staff moved us to a much quieter one facing away from the construction, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a proper fully closing door for privacy. I didn’t get the chance to check out the gym, restaurant, or laundry facilities, but it’s nice that the hotel offers them. Overall, ICON Lab Shenzhen is a good hotel in a convenient location, but I’d probably wait until the nearby construction is finished before staying here again.

This was my second stay, but this time it was a family trip with our children. We arrived at the hotel well past 9 PM, but the check-in process at the front desk was warm and efficient. While checking in, we also had the unique opportunity to sample and select an aromatherapy scent (since we were traveling with kids, we chose a mild, non-irritating option that was then delivered to our room), and enjoyed some tea. After check-in, they thoughtfully informed us that the hotel's complimentary late-night supper service was about to end, and we could still go eat if we were hungry (this was a first for me, as I'd never encountered a hotel offering late-night supper before!). To our delight, our room type was also upgraded after checking in, which we were absolutely thrilled about! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all, as always, very satisfactory. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's design and the beautiful night views. Definitely a five-star rating!
