We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is ”Jing” and she provided the best service I ever have. Her passion and 24hrs service provided us a more than satisfy experience. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star service to everyone.

Clean and spacious room. Well lit with loads of sockets and USB charging outlets. Very Convenient. Free drinks and snacks are also provided but the fridge wasn't turned on. My room faces a business building and should be very quiet but some of the neighbours with children were quite loud talking and running around and banging the door till almost 11 pm. The staff are couteous but some do not speak / understand Cantonese or English. The breakfast is reasonable but most choices are Chinese. The bacon served at breakfast is not real bacon. Location is right outside exit 32 of futian metro. For people taking the metro the location is superb. One problem is that there is no escalator down at exit 32 making it difficult for people travelling with luggage.

Great hotel for the price with great amenities,and soft towels, close to quite a couple of big malls and great restaurants. Definitely won't be bored or hungry. The hotel also uses Bose speakers in room with a nice decent sized TV.

Modern rooms, very comfortable beds and good service. Staff speaks good English, communication was no problem. We especially appreciated Demi’s and Tina’s service and support. Breakfast rather Chinese but there are eggs, sausages and toast plus salads and dumplings among other things. Free coffee 24/7. Modern hotel and a very convenient location. We could not really hear traffic even though all rooms are on 3rd floor. We would come again and have already recommended the hotel to our friends. Thanks.

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

The room is nice and clean , the staff are very nice and helpful❤️ deposit ¥500 by wechat and after check out got refund very fast ~ totally love it . And if we call food delivery they got the robot to door step this is so amazing for me 😆

Front desk was extremely professional. Rooms were clean and very spacious. I would definitely book again if I were in Shenzhen. Food delivery is very convenient with their robots. It goes right to your door! 24hour reception.

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.
