Hotels in Huanggang Port and Futian Port, Shenzhen

This is my second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean and new. And the amenities are great. The in-room TV has screencasting so I could watch whatever. Breakfast is fine and supper is complimentary. What’s the most special is that the gym room is separated, one person per cubicle with different types of gym machines. There is a TV in each of the gym cubicles which I could do karaoke at the same time. (If the hotel reads this message, please note that some rooms, the TV or the air-conditioning was out of order, please send someone to check and fix it). Don’t have expectation on the view. It’s exceptional given the price and quality. Love it and would definitely come back again!

The room is okay ,and service is very good. I will come here again with my girlfriend. I and my girlfriend both were happy to stay here and the environment is very quiet. I will recommend to My friends.

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

I would like to highly recommended the Hampton Inn which is situated at Shenzhen. Hampton Inn Shenzhen by Hilton is located at the Futian Crossboarder about just 3 minutes walk over to the hotel. It's a very clean , high standard international hotel served with complimentary Eastern and Western breakfast buffet serve from 6:30 to 10am every morning. All staff members there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Transportation is also so convenient to call Didi taxi service. Besides, the subway or metro service #4 is located inside the Crossboarder building soon after you come out of the check point. With the subway services one can travel throughout most of popular shopping malls restaurants, brand name shops, spa and wellness, salons, body massage, peticure and manicure shops and much more.

Room is big enough for 2 person, near to MRT just need to walk around 7 minutes Just the water is abit small when bathing.

This hotel is a fantastic choice and comes highly recommended! It boasts an elegant and sophisticated design, with a spacious, bright lobby featuring a stunning green wall and a great selection of books to enjoy. The rooms are spotless and exceptionally comfortable, with cloud-like soft bedding that ensures a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries provided are top-notch. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious, offering a delightful dining experience. The location is also a major plus—conveniently situated near the border crossing to Hong Kong, making it perfect for travelers. Overall, an outstanding stay with excellent comfort, ambiance, and accessibility.

We checked in very late and the manager at Front Desk courtesy offered late check out at 3pm as we travelled with a child.

Apart from the horrible check-in experience, the hotel is actually fantastic. Almost everytime I stayed, checkin must be at least an hour+ wait for room cleanup. No matter I go at 12pm, at 2pm, this round at 5.30pm, still tell you room is not ready.

We have stayed 4 times in 4 different rooms on different floors. We generally love the neat, modern rooms with practical items we need, like USB charging points and lighting that works consistently. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows to choose from. The tv only has CCTV channels but it is large with a clear reception. The robot delivery for food orders works well and is better than room service in our opinion. The room Aircon is typically good and has the power and ability to actually cool the room, unlike some other (more expensive) hotels we have stayed at in Shenzhen. However, during the latest stay, the Aircon wasn't quite as cold and took much longer to cool. The breakfast range is decent, but we would like to see more vegetarian options with vegetable-based protein. The cooking could use a little less oil. The breakfast staff are very friendly. The location in the village is very practical, not super touristy, but does have nice coffee shops nearby. It is a short walk to the metro. The gym isn't large but is decently equipped, with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical, free weights and a dual-cable adjustable weight system. The clothes washing facility is great.

Very close to the border, there's a convenient store downstairs. The room is clean
